Stopped to get a quick bite with my wife, went inside used the bathroom and went to order and was told dining room was closed... and had to use drive through, wait 15 minutes for our food and everything was cold.. Horrible customer service! Read more
Good food doesn't take long at all to get your food and the employees there really seem to care about your food very clean place
I went there last night and I had drove 20 minutes to this Wendy?s with it being the only one open. The lady who served me Ms.... Celia I believe was such an amazing lady. She made sure my food was fresh and hot, even made it herself , with her working thewindow. I?ve been there a few times and she is by far the hardest worker ever. She made my entire night by making sure I wassatisfied , and she had a smile on her face the entire time. I loved it ! Read more
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. No paper towels, soap, or even working lights in the bathrooms. YES, both of them. I told the... cashier about this and she just gave me major attitude and ignore me, obviously these workers aren't washing their hands. Alsothe food was bad, mid fries not filled up all the way and burger with way too much mayo. Avoid like the plague, literally.Seriously, you might catch monkey pox eating here. Read more
Nice people but a 45 minute wait is way too long when there are only two cars with small orders in front of you. The reason for... the 1-star rating is because after that very long wait time they gave me a very small cheeseburger instead of the double burgerthat I ordered and paid for. I was too far along to go back (almost in Denham Springs) and of course Wendy's doesn't givereceipts any more for whatever reason. Read more
Awful. The place was dirty. The workers and the Manager had no sense of urgency therefore our wait time was 10 minutes after... ordering. There were 8 people who tired of waiting and walked out. The restrooms had no towel paper and no napkins wereavailable in the condiment area. The guy making the sandwiches had on gloves with obviously a misunderstanding as to why he waswearing them. He did several things including wiping his hands on his pants and afterwards going on to make sandwiches withoutchanging gloves. Someone should tell him the gloves are to protect the customers food and not his hands. Won't be back there forawhile. Read more
Went around 5pm, sat in the drive thru for 10-15 mins,decided to say hello to the intercom,no answer, decided to go in was 30... mins before the girl in drive thru started taking orders, and before management stopped focusing on other things before Ifinally got my food,now I understand why I saw five cars leave to go somewhere else, the one star is for the two workers thatwas cooking the food.
