Went in for a quick snack. Nice atmosphere, but the food was lacking. I order the "proper refried bean and cheese" and as the... picture shows, it was lacking... my wife got the grilled cheese and it was okay, but overpriced. Nothing tasted great. Slow service but understandable for time of day and right before Easter. Took half hour to have our food. "Banh mi" is not at... all what it describes. No dilled veggies or proper sauce. More like a subway sandwich. Bought 2 and got through 5 bites.Hushpuppies are burned and hardened. Egg rolls burned. Fried rice.... should not be called fried rice. $100 lunch for family of4 was such a disappointment. Is this the new fusion food? The only good food was the shrimp basket and fries. Goodluck. Response to owner: I couldn't get anyone's attention because customer service was non-existent. After all food wasbrought to our table, no one ever came by again. One person grudgingly gave us our food because they struggled finding ussitting by the art wall as if we've been hiding. I didn't want to come up and ask for a replacement of 75% of our meal and waitanother half hour. You likely wouldn't be able to anyway. Thanks for the follow up, but I will not return. Best of luck. Great little place for something a little different. Good variety of choices on the menu. The staff paid attention to how we... wanted our food done and it came out perfect. The quality and quantity were excellent. There is indoor and outdoor seating, bothvery comfortable and inviting. If you are in Port A, this place is a must! We really enjoyed it and will be back! Delicious food. Friendly staff. We tried a variety. I ordered the Krakatoa Shrimp (big enough to share between me and my... daughter), my daughter ordered the Garlic Shrimp taco (it wasn't her favorite), youngest ordered nuggets (can't go wrong there),and for appetizers we ordered Chicken Sate (delicious) and Dragon Queso (again can never to wrong with queso). With lots of tourist options on the island, Irie's offers something a little different. A Hawaiian, Asian and Mexican fusion... that includes everything from tacos to spring rolls, po boys to Moco Loco. Food was fresh and served fast. Some differentchoices with drinks. Clean and bright atmosphere. I will be back before I leave. Read more
Delicious lunch, from unique taco offering, to ahi tuna salad. Beer and ciders are available also. The menu you has something... for everyone and is fresh and made to order. Looks small from outside but has plenty of seating indoor and out. Looking forwardto going back. Read more
1 million miles on the road and these gotta be the best tacos I?ve ever had. I had to come back for one to go on my way home... they were so good. The restaurant is clean & nicely setup + safe is very friendly. This place earns every bit of each star. Read more
Great presentation, friendly staff, not so average enchiladas. The atmosphere is very welcoming, cashier and server were... energetic and positive. Sea Hog Enchiladas looked great, however the taste was not. Couldn?t seem to taste any shrimp in theenchiladas, and sauce could?ve been a whole lot richer. Read more
