Order food online 11/11/22 food was cold had to wait a hour. Did not have my dipping sauces. When waiting in the restaurant the... door to the kitchen was open appearance was dirty from what I could see. They also had no plastic ware. I didn't call back tocomplain when waiting I saw no point. The employee working the phone was not busy and any time the phone rang they would pick upand place on hold till the caller either hung up or called back and would repeat the same process when the phone rang. We?ve been sitting here for almost an hour, our waitress (Jasmine) is really nice and on point for everything, she informed us... that they did burn part of our order. Another server brought our food to us with no forks, (pizza and tots ordered) Jasmine wasgreat, but service beyond her was horrible. Food wasn?t great either. We don?t mind paying good food prices if the food isactually good. Edit. When waiting to pay, we finally had to get up and go to the front to ask where to pay. Manager was too busyflirting with a waitress to actually help us and told us that he couldn?t close our ticket unless our waitress was present andshe was busy with another table. no big deal. but instead of the manager taking initiative and fixing it he chose to go walk offand hide in a corner leaving us standing at the register and two more employees had to say something to him but he still choseto hide in the corner with the waitress Mikayla that he was flirting with. Manager is terrible, went there with some friends, had some more friends come over. We ask for more chairs or to accommodate a... table to fit us all. Waitress was super nice and went to get her from manager, his reaction is unbelievable super rude to ourwaitress, immediately he got super upset rolled his eyes and made faces at us talked under his breath it was obvious he wasn'ttoo happy. He was so rude to the waitress ignored Her and made her cry a couple times, over something so simple as to addanother table to accommodate us or he could of simply just approach us and explain his issue with adding more chairs or anothertable. Terrible, if I could leave a 0 star I definitely would. Went in with a group of 6 and had another 4 came in later, ask the... waitress if we could get more chairs or to add another table. Waitress got her MANAGER to assist and lets just say his reactionwas the worst, rolled out his eyes, made face?s and got really upset. He could of simply explain he didn?t want to add a tableor nicely explained it wasn?t possible. Instead gave the waitress a hard time, it was obvious he was very upset and made ourwaitress uncomfortable. He was so rude and inconsiderate made our waitress cry twice. Bird DAWG, DAWGS! 1. Loaded DAWG -perfect blend of grilled onions, Belgium fat tire cheese, and wild honey mustard sauce... (spiciest of the three). A bit of a tangy flavor that?ll drive your taste buds wild. 2. Buffalo DAWG -non Spicy DAWG, withmedium Buffalo ranch, for the casual meal. General flavor, nothing too exciting. 3. Honey BBQ DAWG -not my favorite but ifyou?re a sweet BBQ connoisseur, then this is the way to go, even less spicier then the Buffalo DAWG.
