They are using old grease or refrying old fries. Fries oily and limp. Manager has a bad attitude, when I mentioned the fries... were oily and not fresh she gave me a terrible look like I was wrong. The 2 employees at the front laughed she then took thefries back to give me another order which was the same so it must be the grease. False advertisement or incompetent workers? Or would it be a poor system? I use my coupon in an order but the lady told me she... couldn't use it because I have to mention I have a coupon before ordering. Why?.. are they going to use something different?Lower quality or old food? Burger was alright BUT the fries were burnt and very dry and the coke tasted like mineral soda with no flavor luckily I had... Pepsi at home.
