They are super slow in their drive-thru in the mornings. With only 6 cars, you'll still be in line 15 mins. To top it off, their... curbside is ALWAYS unavailable to use, to try to bypass the line. The parking is a little inconvenient cause you have to cross where cars are driving....but let me tell you, the service is worth... it. I am very impressed. It feels like home they take care of you. I am surprised but happy. Read more

I've never had a problem here before, but I was told to "hurry up? by the drive thru person named Marsiela. I understand that... things must be done precisely and that other guests should not have to wait in line for too long, but I was hurt. I paid for mymeal and then left. I considered saying something to the girl, but I decided against it. I will not be coming back here anymore. Read more

Long wait, but over all the food was great. I picked up my meal in the drive thru. Asked for wheat toasted bread. They forgot... to get me the wheat bread. But I didn?t notice until I got home. Still enjoyed my meal though. Read more

We visited the Port Arthur location tonight and the service we received was horrible. We were asked to pull forward to wait for... our food. Once the food was delivered to us we noticed the fries were soggy and the four spicy chickens were old. Weimmediately returned the food and asked for fresh food and we explained we didn?t mind waiting. We were obviously put on theback burner because we had to wait almost 20 minutes or so for our food. I called the manager and she said she was waiting forour food to cook because she was getting us fresh food. I explained that she served almost 10 cars already and we still have notreceived our food. She then brings us the food. The food was not fresh, again. The manager gave us a brief apology and twocoupons only to give us old food again. We are not pleased at all of the level of service received. Chick Fil-A is known fortheir top notch customer service. Tonight we were highly disappointed. Our experience was TERRIBLE!!! Read more
