I'm grateful for the only location closest to me. My 95yo mom only like Church's Chicken drumsticks/legs. So when I go I'll get... 18 legs, 1spicey and 1regular thigh. I'll place about 5legs in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator and freeze the rest in aziplock freezer bag and have when needed. Location has been closed and boarded up since Hurricane Harvey in August 2017 (4 years as of this review). I have been trying... since then (unsuccessfully) to get both Church's and Google to show this place as closed. (Had been showing as "open" and evenshowing modified hours during COVID, when it had never reopened.) Both finally show it as "temporarily closed" as of October2020. There is no work going on there to reopen it. Don't hold your breath for this place to reopen any time soon, if ever. Read more
Chicken was darker than usual. The best thing about this place is that the sides are cooked when ordered. The sides are always... fresh and hot. Loving the $5 Big Deal box. Read more
Rude manager and cashier. Never have anything that's on the menu. Slow service, I could have left and fried my own chicken. Then... food wasn't cooked right. DON'T EVER EAT HERE!! Read more
Paid for my order in advanced and waited the ten minutes. When chicken was ready they serve people that came after me and then... asked if I wanted to wait 15 more minutes. Read more
They should have been shut this place down long time ago because the food taste as if they were using the same grease over the... years. Also really rude service I waited like 20 mins for 2 pieces of chicken and biscuit. Read more
The service was VERY slow. I actually waited twenty minutes just to have my order taken, and another fifteen before it was... fulfilled. It seemed like there was a shortage of items, or staff to prepare it. Also, there was some communication difficultiesbetween the order window and the kitchen. Read more
