Our dining experience started with a wonderful waitress who heard a portion of our conversation and responded in kind, Spanish.... She was a delight and highly attentive to our needs! Good food, but unremarkable, a large restaurant with very few customers (at least on Sunday at 2pm). Somewhat pricey, when... compared to other restaurants with a comparable menu. Best advantage from my perspective, strawberries. Read more
Not too good, food wasn't hot. Pancakes couldn't even melt the butter enough to spread it. If I had not been with my Brother... and his wife, I would have given the waiter a verbal warning and spoke to the manager. I cringed at my brother giving that guy a$ 20 tip for horrible service. Love me some IHOP! I had breakfast for dinner, and it was good! The only reason I gave it a three was because of the service,... started with a man taking the order, then he hands it to a lady that commenced to tell us how it's her last day, shes found abetter job, they make her do everything here for the lil they pay her, etc., etc., and etc! Then turned our order in finally anforgets about it, had to go tell the man to please go get our order that had been waiting under a heat lamp for awhile, becauseshe was too busy telling everyone else her story! Placed us at a filthy table, I had to ask the waitress to clean the table after leaving us sitting there for over 10min in the... previous customers filth (food crumbs, empty coffee creamers, straw wrappers, syrup containers). With Covid & Monkeypox goingaround, you would think that they would keep clean sanitized tables, since it?s high traffic on the weekends. Food was great,service was good, but cleanliness was HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I went tonight and Meka was our server. She was attentive and very comforting. You can tell she likes her job... which makes a huge difference in an establishment. Our service was quick probably waited 10 minutes at most for our food to comeout! She made sure everything was good and that we had everything we needed. We had also read a negative review on Roberta butshe came up to our table and was helpful and very nice. No complaints at all. Food food and good service. Will definitely goback again Read more
My significant other & I was wanting breakfast for a late night snack after I got off work(Server & Customer Service) We pull... into the parking lot(Only 2 Cars)It's kind of dark so,we thinking they're closed which they weren't. We go into the restaurantWait at the hostess stand for 6-7 minutes(There is an employee in site walking around,6ft distance to greet us,which was notdone at all. When we were greeted,it was rudely.I.was ready to leave at this point but,my significant other wanted to stay,as wedid. Our server was Cheryl-Sherri(Something like that) She was the manager on duty(What a disgrace on the company) We sat For5-7 minutes before she returned to the table to ask what we wanted for drinks(It's Only A table top of 4-5 customers) We get ourdrinks & wait again another 8-10 Minutes To Order. As I started to order,she give me this face as if "I was asking for too much"I only wanted the Crispy chicken,Mash,Mac & Broccoli & My Chicken topped with brown gravy,Sautee mushrooms & onion..She thenasked me in a sarcastic way"Are you sure that's all?" As she giggled. The visit became very uncomfortable, we waited on our food& got to go carry outs. She comes out with small carry out,only to turn around & say"Ypu might need a bigger one" Now she reallyhad jokes & The jokes turned around to be on her, as she standing looking like a crushed coke bottle,built like a upside downpear. She did say she was joking,I definitely didn't take that as a joke & If I wasn't as beautiful & thick as I am I would havereally been upset but instead I laughed & spoke to her in the most mannerable way.
