THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: I am not a frequent visitor to Little Caesar?s. Because of this I was unaware that when a person... orders on line they have to use this 3 digit number off the receipt to code it in in order to get there pizza out of the pizzabox ( not sure what it?s called). Now I walk in ready with my email open. When she decides to return back to the front I tellher who I am and she says it?s in there( pointing at the this box they keep the pizza in). I ask her which numbers do I use?I?ve never did this before I said, to her and there?s at least 3 different numbers on my email. She then says this 3 digitnumber out loud and walks away to the back where the cooks are. I then asked a customer will you please help me I?m not sure onthis? He kindly walks over look at my email with me helps me to resolve my problem. This young lady took no effort to give megood customer service at all. She could?ve have just pointed the numbers out on my email. She is uncourteous, doesn?t greet thecustomers, makes little to no eye contact, no effort into doing a good job and makes no effort to helping someone who needs herhelp. She was pretty much telling me with her tone of voice that she could careless. After all it is her job!!! Read more

Lazy good for nothing workers with bad attitudes who want to get paid with minimal effort. White guy in the back did a good job... trying to work with bad co workers I feel bad for him. Hiring manager has poor judgment on the people he hires. Read more

No longer going to the little Caesars in Port Arthur again!! For two weeks now, the manager on duty had been nothing but... unprofessional. I have been going to this particular little Caesars for over 10 years now. I would walk in to place my order andI know it's always the same 4 emb's so it's not like this is a pizza you don't know how to make. It's more so with being lazythat you don't want to fulfill my order. He tells me the price and there will be a 10-15 min wait as usual, but for the last twoweeks I have constantly noticing that he would make my pizza and give it away while I would have to wait an additional 15minutes until he finally got around to make my order. This is really a shame and pathetic, if you don't want to work simpledon't take the job. I feel so bad for their manager Damian that he has so many lazy disrespectful people working for him, youare losing business and it's not his fault. Read more

Made an order online and when going to pick it up via code that is given to get the order out the machine for pick up the order... waw not 100 percent available. You shouldn't have to wait a whole hour plus to pick up and order made online Also on arrivalwhy is it that people that drive up are receiving orders that were made online for other people to pick up that was paid for inadvance. It's not good business to give out other people orders to customers that show up on the drive up to purchase. Thislocation needs to do a better job of adhering to online pick up policy. I drove a long way to Port Arthur after placing and order at Nederland and having a really bad experience there w a girl that... claimed to be the manager. But The manager at Port Arthur helped me out, heard what I had to say about the other place andoffered to make my order fast. After I placed my order, I saw customers coming and going real fast, no long wait, and businesswas running good and fast. I appreciated my order was out soon after. My kids even said , "wow that was fast", after waiting for1hr at the other place. After being refused a refund by the Nederland (so called manager) after some other guy had taken myorder " by mistake", I appreciated the treatment I received at Port Arthur. Read more
