I usually order from Pizza Hut by HEB, I stopped buying from this place because everytime we order the food was never good! Well... I tried to give it a chance since it was on my way to my house!!!! Wrong decision!! Pizza was bad, not a goos taste not enoughpepperoni or beef on the pizza, personel forgot to put the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks that were not cut in pieces..andthe pizza crust was very dry and hard!!! Ordered food last night, after 2 hours of waiting I called the store and they said they didn't have the chicken wings so they... didn't make the full order nor called us to inform us. Place an online order for cheesy bread only. Waited 15 minutes for my order in the parking lot. When I went inside it said my... order was ready on the screen overhead however they had not made my cheesy bread. Waited another 10 minutes and did not getcontactless carryout as requested before and after the first attempt (dog in my vehicle). Service is fast. Too fast. Pizza was not cooked completely. I have complained about this before, but evidently they don?t... listen. Needless to say, I have decided to place future orders with the competition. I?m tired of paying delivery prices forpizza I have to finish cooking at home.
