Been eating here for years and I had expected solid service and food as usual and I was absolutely wrong! The floor was under... staff and the $110 I spent on rolls came with hard rice; Harder than white steam rice I had with my overcooked Phephe special.(the rolls in which I mentioned to my server in which nothing was acknowledged) The kicker, is the gratuity @ 17% they hadslapped on me. My table was 5 adults, 1 toddler & a 2 month old baby. I don't know what happened to this place. It's anatrocity. Please contact me management, I dare you ????. Read more

My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times and like the food. Most of the sushi rolls and drinks are very tasty. The... reason that I took off one star is that the service is always sooooo slow even on days with only a few other customers. Onetime, we even had waiters argue about who was going to take our table in front of us, and another time a hostess said that shewas saving the booths for bigger parties even though we have sat at booths multiple times before with just the two of us. I haveworked in a restaurant before, and we would never have been allowed to say that, so I thought it was quite rude.?.I will saythat the last time that we went, the service had improved, so hopefully, they?re training their employees to do better. Usually great experience. But tonight, both our warm sake bottles had black floating in bottom. Bartender said it's just... something in the machine and poured the last out without offering a shot to compensate. Kinda killed the mood. Still love theplace, they just need new sake machine Read more

I use to love sake. But they have gone downhill when it comes to customer service. We sat down at 5:20 and ordered 5 minutes... into being seated. Our drinks came and 30 minutes later I had to ask another waiter for refills. We saw our waitress 3 times,nobody else checked on us. We received our food at 6:30. They said they were going to give us a discount because of the wait. Iguess that 3 dollars was enough for an hour wait for food and no answers as to why other people that got there after us weregetting their food. Definitely won?t be back for a while. I went to Sake more than 10 years ago and have an outstanding experience. I was thrown back when I walked in and there was a... dirty paper towel on the entrance floor and it looked unswept. (Should have turned around right then) We were given a scancard menu that didn't work. When we asked our waitress about it, she said they had been having issues with the scan card menuand then proceeded to bring us menus. We wanted to order drinks and asked for a drink menu, our waitress told us we do not havedrink menus! We asked what type of drinks they had. She gave us 3 suggestions. We asked for a top shelf margarita on therocks and after saying they could make anything we were told they could not make that but they had an open bar. After so manylet downs, we decided to leave. Love sushi, but lately Sake has been really horrible with their services. Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I ordered take-out.... When I arrived told the host my name and that I have a pick-up order. She kept looking and then asked the young lady who was atthe cash register about my order. They informed me that they've given my order to the wrong customer. I was really upset becauseI had to wait 15 minutes for my order. When my order should've been ready once I arrive for the pick-up. Last week, myboyfriend and I wanted sushi again. Called in for our order they said it'll be 35 minutes. Once we arrived... my boyfriend saidhe'll go inside and pick-up our take out order. He walked in told the host that it's under my name. he saw the bag with my nameon it. He told the young lady that the bag is on the counter. She told my boyfriend that it wasn't. How are the employee to tellhim that it's not our order when my name is written on the bag!?!?! He was really upset because the employee didn't even botherto double check. This is the worst service we've ever had. We're not coming back to Sake anymore due to the service. We have come here a few times already. No doubt the best sushi in town. Service is great. Beer is ice cold. My only let down is... that every time you go in there is like 3 different songs playing at the same time. The sushi guys got music. The cooks in theback got a song and then there is the ambient music playing. Read more

The prices went up considerably. The smoked salmon on the NY Roll tasted raw. The quality was not what it used to be. Still... decent food and wonderfull service. Read more
