My husband an I stop in several times a week and today was the 2nd time they didn't have bread only 1 foot long and 1 six inch... . The guy behind counter said it was 50 ppl free eerily today is why no bread . If you know this why not prepare more bread .We had to go to the subway on hwy 69 to get a sub . Was only 1 other person ahead of us. Read more

I had always purchased my subs from this location until today. I placed an order online and sent my son to pick it up. Upon his... arrival, he's told someone had already came and picked our order up. He's been there 45 minutes waiting on our order and thentold the manager is checking the cameras to see who picked it it up. This is totally unacceptable! Read more

Amanda was so rude to me! I tried to explain to the other lady what I wanted & she didn?t speak English well (as Amanda said) I... wasn?t aware of this at the time, so I just got a foot long & she said 10 dollars and some change and I said ?oh no why is it somuch? & ?she said well that?s what you ordered? I said I was tryna explain to the lady the sandwich I wanted I didn?t want toadd anything extra, I simply told her what I thought was on it (apparently I said too much) I can see Amanda getting aggravatedso she closes the window & comes back and takes my money. At this point I don?t feel comfortable eating from here because herattitude was so rude! I asked her was she the manager she stated ?YUP AND MY MANAGERS HERE TOO YOU WANNA TALK TO HIM? I went in that store today and I must say that the best experience I have ever had for many subway! The manager was very nice... and helpful it was super clean she was on the best of spirits!! My sandwich was soo perfect and she gave me EXACTLY what I askedfor! Also she took the time to cut my onions up into smaller pieces! Awesome job there and I will be visiting a lot more butonly if she?s there! I really appreciate the customer service there Read more

Poor service today...people serving at 4pm ..not concerned about customer..other times other servers it's very good. They both... had frowns...mercy..tried using buy one get one free coupon which I had done before with no problems...she wanted to tell me itwasn't what it said...will be back but not when she's working..she made it seem like it was such a burden to be workingthere...that's not good for your business...there are curious people that work there but...not today...she had no name tag butif you're ever there it will be evident who's who...sorry but I'm just being honest! Been 10 months....same as before the younglady in charge would not take coupon I receive every couple of weeks...never have problems at other stores...I don't think theywant business...will contact their corporate people...it's like false advertising...have used them here before...noproblem...they need a tune up!...just being honest again and letting others know about this location.
