Here right now. Store closes at 10:00, it?s 9:40 & person inside of the store has the open light turned off and the doors... locked. Disrespectful! There?s 20 whole minutes left. Don?t come here. They obviously don?t care about the times that are postedonline & don?t care about customer service. Came outside and said ?we?re close,? like we?re the dumb ones for thinking a storethat has 20 minutes left to be opened would still be open. Lazy! Read more

Cero stars and is sad that such a great business as subway have cero quality cause the employees, this place need to change the... manager or I don?t know what they need to do, I always eat at every subway I see and I never had any complaints, I stopped herefor early lunch , and one of the girls was rude about getting the bread in the back, the one that put my vegetables in it wasliterally sick and coughing all over my food, I was so shocked I don?t know if it was on purpose or what the deal was but thislady was coughing and coughing no mask or nothing they don?t care, is super unhealthy to do that if she didn?t learn this beforeeven post Covid everybody should have some kinda common sense, where is the manager of this place? Disgusting. I ordered on 3 different occasions. 1st time my chicken was spoiled. 2nd time my chicken was still half frozen. 3rd... time I asked them to warm the cheese and chicken. I got my sandwich and it was still cold. I then asked for a remake and theytook the sandwich back, only to give me the same sandwich back cold. Then they don?t even have real bags. The Subway on Twin city is the best by far I have visited all the subways and no one can compare to the customer service you... will get not to mention Ms Monica the manager she is phenomenal she?s sweet she listens she even suggest if you?re not too forsure on how you want your sandwich made. Ms Monica definitely deserves 10 stars at her location she is wonderful if I stayed inBeaumont I would literally skip all the subways on the way to come to the Twin City subway hands-down kudos to this subway myexperience there is always ten stars ?? no doubt!!!Now I don?t know how it was in the past but the Present sure has meconvinced that this Subway is the best .. Waited 10 min. at the drive threw when there were no customers at all. While two cars behind me left I finally left just want... the owner or manager to know your employees are losing you money. Subway is usually good at service when I eat at otherlocations 5-6 times a week. Went to Popeyes across the street. Read more
