A fantastic spot for an ice cream treat! So many flavours to choose. The kiddie size is actually quite generous. It was busy but... they get you through quite quickly. Lots of shady, cool places to sit outside or inside. Even a spot to tie your dog! Highlyrecommend! Read more

For many years our vacation in the summer time has been to Port burwell as we have family there and it's was always affordable... food at the local restaurants. Unfortunately this summer has been a large disappointment. We 1st order from scoops 2 days ago,didn't pay attention to the cost till just today we ordered and the end total did not match the online prices. The employeeinformed me they have just upgraded there prices but the online menu did not reflect the new changes yet. I was extremelyunhappy . A affordable and cost efficient vacation for our family has turned from good to bad very quickly. Last night westopped for ice cream with 2 of our kids ( only 2 came with us ). We paid 23.00 for 3 single scoops on waffle cone. I was blownaway by the cost. Sense when is it OK to charge that much for ice cream. Scoops has always been our go to . But now we will haveto buy from the grocery store. When will the price grudging end !. I do not recommend this location simply because of thecost. Not everyone has a 60k yearly income. Keep that in mind when your deciding to up your prices. Read more

Great variety of flavours. Staff could be friendlier (even the songs on the doors were kind of harsh) and they over filled my... daughter's cup so it was melting all over as soon as she stepped outside resulting in tears and her not being able to eat it.Large portions are usually a good thing but not for little ones and there were no napkins available. Really good ice cream in Port Burwell. There is a nice patio to sit on and enjoy the summer sun while having your ice cream,... slushie, or frozen yogurt. They also have a food truck down at the beach for ice cream lovers who don't want to travel up thehill. This place has been around forever and all of the locals know it. It definately is a great place to hang out after a niceday at the beach. Read more
The service is nauseating slow and not friendly -- you're just another customer with $ in your hand -- NEXT! ... at beach truck... also. The prices compared to portion size is outrageous. Shaws ice cream is no where near as delicious as many other much moreyummy Canadian brands. Avoid the poutine at all costs. It's NOT poutine! A few sprinkles of tiny, shredded marble cheddar cheeseis not the cheese ingredient used in poutine. Where's the cheese curd???!! Very disappointing. Tried their "Pogo" from their food cart at the beach and it was amazing. Perfectly crispy and very tasty. Ice cream was great... too. Will definitely have again next time I'm in town. Read more
