I?ve grown up in the Midwest, so Casey?s pizza is where it?s at when you?ve worked all day in a hot factory and you don?t feel... like cooking. You think ?oh you can never go wrong with a good ol? Casey?s pizza!? Boy did this Casey?s prove me wrong?shouldajust went with a frozen pizza. Ordered a taco pizza. The cashier isn?t customer friendly at all! You can clearly see she is not a people person and she shouldn?t have applied for a... customer service position. The first time I came into this location while she was working was on 5/27/2022 and I thought maybeshe?s having a bad morning. On 6/1/2022 same attitude. She just isn?t friendly or welcoming at all. No good morning when peoplewalk in and no how are you when they (or maybe it?s just to me) walk to the register. Ordered a large pizza on 4/23 at about 5:30 PM. Got there at the time it was supposed to be ready, and it was just getting... started on. No big deal, stuff happens, it's not the end of the world. No I wasn't super happy and it may have been noticeable,but that's no excuse for the young woman working the kitchen to be as rude to me as she was, plainly exclaiming that I "didn'tneed to roll my eyes" and that "people have jobs" and proceed to give me nasty looks while preparing my order that was alreadylate. Let the record show that I did not say anything in response to this rude behavior. Let me be clear, I do not expect tohave the red carpet rolled out for me in this scenario, but that behavior was absolutely out of line and unacceptable. The nicewoman working the counter was very friendly and helpful however. This occurred at around 6 PM on 4/23/2022 at this location. Iwill not be returning as this experience has soured my opinion of this location, which is a real shame because this is theclosest location to my home. I will go elsewhere from this point on. Quite literally the worst Casey's withing a 45 mile radius. Management is lacking and the store is disgusting, always out of... everything, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, and if you use the website, get a receipt , they will rip you off1000000% Read more

The girl that delivered our pizza looked like she was straight out of the movie Matilda and when we got out pizza it was smashed... bit out of and all piled up on one side of the box. absolutely disgusting I think you guys should find some of the betterworkers to do something so easy. Read more
When ever I come to this Casey's General Store they never have the ice cream ready!!! When I told my nephews since you guys were... good today that they got Ice cream. When we got to Casey's I asked the lady is the ice cream ready she said yes so I went overthere and said what kind do you want and they said the Vanilla and a mix of both. When I poured it was straight water. So afterthat I had to tell my nephews that there was no more ice cream. They were heartbroken and so we left and ever time I go thereafter it is always broke so I don't go there anymore for ice cream. I go to McDonald's instead!!???? Read more
Place is dirty. Cappuccino, ice cream and slushy machines are usually broken and out of order. Floors and bathrooms are a mess.... Seems like Casey?s have been dropping the ball with this type of stuff across IL & IA in the past couple years. Read more
