I came here for my 30 minute break. It took almost 15 minutes to get my food and my food was cold. Two stars because if you take... close to 15 minutes, that's okay. But at least come with hot food. Read more

I was going to only leave three stars since the ice cream machine wasn't working bc they've been "waiting on parts for three and... a half weeks" as per Mr ponytail. Yet I've been going there for about 2 months and gotten a milkshake at least once a week sinceI started going. But as I finish my meal, I go to drink my chocolate milk ( since I couldn't get my milkshake ), and to mydelight my milk is sour. Some shifts, just dont care. Just now (8/31/22, 10:20pm), i ordered just like i do every night, i said, "can u make the fries... crispy, yesterday they were raw" ... the response was, "that'll be $13.24" (they know im a cdl a driver and rarely offer thediscount they proudly display on the wall) ... just basically ignored my request and acted like i didnt exist. The girl hasliterally no customer service training, or just doesnt care. Tired of getting raw food here, and big bird (fat girl in theyellow shirt) needs to be corrected - i dont treat your employees as bad as they treat me sometimes and it gets really annoyingnot knowing if im going to get the good crew or the bad crew every night. Dudes this is at a travel stop. You know what you're getting. If you want 5 stars you'd do well to exit the thruway. My... cheeseburgers were all onion and mustard, and my kids nuggets looked double fried. It was fast though, and that is what matterswhen you're driving 10 hours a day. Read more

It was 1:40am & my partner & i had been driving for hours and on maps, the port bryon mcdonald?s said it was open 24hrs so we... stopped here because we were so hungry and needed a drink. Got in there to see mcdonald was closed (the gate wasn?t down butregisters were all off). However who i assumed to be the manager, came right up to us and at least got us drinks. We were veryappreciative. 4 stars because they should probably update their hours but the employee was extremely nice! Read more
It's a rest stop.. but you think your order would be faster then 18 mins especially aT 730pm. I watched a double order of frys... come out thinking oh yes fresh hot frys.fresh.. wrong cold frys, Watched a full screen of orders and alarms beeping way longerthen any fast food ever has taken ..
