Typical Subway, located in a cute house-like storefront in this small lakeside town.
I walked into this location at 815pm on Sunday night. I had been told they close at 9pm. I started placing my order and casually... asked "is it true you close at 9?" The manager looked up, smiled and informed me that actually on weekends he closes at 8. Ifelt so bad as I was keeping him and his employee. He was super polite and said he didn't mind at all and that he was happy tohelp. Since I was at the Andy's House hospice with family I was so happy he stayed to accommodate my order. I was trying torush with my orders and gave a few incorrect requests and they fixed it with no problems. Always a good Sub. Clean, good staff but it?s busy during lunch so get there just before the lines start.
The stingiest subway I've ever been to. Simply cheap. To preface I love the brand and the product they provide. I probably get... subway subs 3x weekly at various locations because it's a great and healthy lunch. This location, however was very slow, addedtoppings I didn't ask for and penny pinching. I only get two vegetable on my sub - lettus and spinach. First the subway artisttossed some of the scooped meat off my sub back into the bin. Then The subway artist only put 9 pieces of spinach on the sub. Iasked for more and was told no. I asked to pay for more since it's the only item on my sub, she said no. Then she proceeded toput tomatoes onto the sub (which I get sick from eating)... Just terrible. Didn't apologize and got frustrated at me for sayingI can't eat that. The I love the brand but this was the worst experience I've had with it. I doubt I'd ever go back to thislocation and I will alway advise against people from eating at this location. Read more
Could be better... money/value ratio is prohibitive for return business. I will drive to anther location for better.
