They were busy last night so we waited in line for roughly 15-20 minutes which is to be expected. Once we sat down however it... was 20 more minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. After we finally ordered our food it came out surprisinglyquickly. The salads were great but I bit into something gritty that tasted like sand. A few seconds later my wife bit into anactual rock that was just a tiny bit smaller than a pencil eraser. We gave it to the waiter who showed it to the manager. Themanager came over and repeatedly asked my wife if she broke a tooth. She said she didn't believe she had and if she did she wasnot aware of it at this time. Shortly there after we received our entrees and they were quite tasty. After finishing our rnealwe received the bill. They were running a gift card special so I bought two gift cards to receive 2 bonus cards. The $50 giftcards were redeemable immediately but the bonus cards would not be activated for 24 hours. So I told the server I would like topurchase the gift cards first so I could redeem them on that meal. That's where the problems began. 3 people, 5 bills and 30minutes later they finally got it right and I was able to leave. This review is technically meant to be 2.5 stars because thefood (other than the rock in the salad) was good but the service was not. I will say they stayed polite and friendly for themost part which is why I opted to give them the 3 stars as opposed to the other option of 2 stars. Was there recently and I was disappointed with the overall food and service. I paid $80 before tip for 4 drinks, 2 apps, side... salad and one entree. Nothing delicious or memorable, just regular warmish food. Now the drinks were another story. On oursecond round of drinks, around 11:45 pm, the bartender brings my husband and I the wrong drink order. Then we inform thewaitress and after talking to the bartender our waitress informs us that they were out of the choice I wanted, so i substitutedit for another drink. Later the waitress comes back, mind you 5 mins before closing, to let us know that they could make thedrink i originally requested, and she places that drink on the table. After a couple sips, I ask the waitress for a togocontainer for the drink, which during Covid and quarantine were available, she then informs me that they no longer provide to gocontainers for alcoholic drinks. Instead you have to order them to go at the beginning. If I had been informed of that, 15minutes ago, I would've ordered my drink to go. Unfortunately the waitress just stared at me when I told her my issue. I had toleave a full glass of their seasonal drink because our waitress made a mistake on our order and with our time and then wasunwilling to adjust. Read more
We had great waitress but, The appetizer (boneless wings) We're way too salty and we couldn't eat them The waitress brought us a... new batch to take home without the sauce. The baby back ribs were good. But the steak was tough and overcooked. Read more
We came here with friends. It was a good experience all around. The smoothies could've been better mixed, but the food was good... for our party of 6 and our waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hostess in the front was even friendly. Pretty average Applebee's. Service was standard, wings were served fast and hot. Friendly staff.
Server was friendly and patient while I took my time to make my selection. Prompt with serving my mt dew dark berry bash. Food... was served promptly and piping hot. She was not as prepared to bring me a spoon. Suggest having silverware close for servers,as they probably can't have them in an apron, because of COVID. Presentation was excellent. Blackened seasoning was notoverdone. Thank you to the chef for that! I was a tad scares, because some people are over the top with the "heat". The mealusually comes with tortilla strips. We actually come here quite often to watch football on the patio. The service is very good, the food is very good, but this... restaurant could use some TLC. The doors are very nasty-a coat of paint would do wonders. The tables on the patio need to bepressure washed. I think the manager should take some pride in his restaurant. He is here almost every day. The fans on thepatio need to be replaced since hurricane Ian occurred on September 28, but these are easy fixes. Read more
