While I enjoy these pretzels the service is extremely bad!!!

Everytime i go to this Auntie Annes...its not great. They never have a variety of items, it always seems their never is an adult... around, only minors...which seems they don't love, let alone like their jobs. Anytime I ask if are making anything, they say no!And lets not talk about sanitation!! I witnessed an associate take an order, walk to the back, take payment, open and closetheir hot case that holds the food, proceeds to try to take my order but fails, and then continues to roll out dough withoutever changing his gloves!! I used to work as a supervisor at Auntie Anne?s at the mall of NH . We were taught to take pride in the freshness and making of... our pretzels . Today I went to the Walmart super center in port Charlotte Florida . The pretzel was so hard and old , I couldbarely bite it . No bag , so cinnamon sugar was everywhere. I think they were trying to get rid of some cups they had leftover from Christmas. The drink was smaller than I ordered . I gave 2 stars because the soda was good . Everything went in thetrash .I can?t believe the quality has gotten so bad . Read more
It?s 7:32pm this is the second time I bought pretzels from Murdock Walmart and asked them young girls to dip the pretzels in... butter and they haved already dumped the butter out cleaning up before the store even closes the store says it closes at 9 PMand here it is 7:32pm and they?ve already cleaned up and dumped everything out and ready to walk out this definitely notcustomer service to me . This is the second time that I have revceovwd a hard and old pretzel. I tried calling to get my money back and I had to go back... to the store to get it. Not even an apology nothing. Money was returned but they didn?t even feel bad for wasting my time makingme come back up here. I will not buy from this location again. The pretzel was so old that it hurt my teeth. Read more
Went by here with my son around 6:15 to get some mini hotdogs, when I asked the boy behind the counter if he could do a bucket... he told me they weren't making anything else tonight. I didn't argue I just walked away, it was pretty clear he was to concernedwith flirting and playing around with his female co worker. Went in at 3pm to get a regular salted pretzel they told me they had no more for the day, they close at 9.
