Came into this Dominos for the first time. In my opinion the Manager is rude.
Order was wrong but ordered online maybe that was the issue wrong toppings wife wouldn't barley ate any of it
Made both pizzas wrong, and just crazy greasy & cut like a 5 year old did it????????
UPDATE: Baked to perfection as usual, every single person at our party said they were "Oooh so satisfied!" This was first time... that I did delivery to my car, online there was a timr, it counted down 2 minutes for the delivery from time the order trackersays "ready", shortly after a young man brought my order and put it in my backseat, he was past the 2 minutes so now I get afree pizza with my next purchase! How awesome is that!! All praises to your crew! The aroma was so mouth watering that I almostcouldn't think straight to figure a tip. The driver was prompt and drove well, clean and well groomed, nice and friendly, andhelpful and smart with numbers. The food was piping hot and fresh, and the flavor was extraordinary! I cherished each bite oftwo pieces, and I would've gotten to brag about the extras I'd have been having for lunch at work the next day, but then idropped the whole rest of my specially made pie in the grass. I broke down, dropped to my knees, reached to the sky, and croakedout, "Nooooooooooo!" Each of my little taste buds gasped in horror and cried with me. We drowned our sorrows in the cheesy breaddipped in garlic butter sauce, so we feel much better since the initial shock. I ordered from here. It said 60 to 71 minutes. I ordered at 7:22 pm. At 8:31, I called to see where my order was. I was told it... would be an additional 45 min. I told them to cancel it. Probably won't order again. I worked all day and I have to work in themorning. I can't be eating at 9:30 at night. They should've texted me to tell me it would be that late. I'm very unhappy. I online order through the app and have never had any issues. My order has always been correct, on time. Delivery drivers are... always friendly and polite. Everyone I've had has had a mask on. Over all a pleasant experience. Read more
Does anyone see Italian Sausage on either one my 2 pizzas?? Neither one had Italian Sausage. Plain as day on the order. Also... had pepperoni. They managed to put a few on. Some slices never had any. Pretty cheap with their toppings. Not he first time thishas happened from the Port Charlotte Kings Highway store. Friendly advice. Go somewhere else !! Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would . They are not taking orders in store anymore. And the answering service continues to send me... to the store where the employees keep saying idk why he is sending you to me. Then I call back and the next answering serviceperson tells me something completely different as far as availability that the last. I will never order a dominos pizza againwhat a shame growing up dominos was the best. Read more
