Decaf coffee is the worst I ever had--very watery, no flavor. AND THERE IS ALWAYS A FLY OR TWO LANDING ON THE DONUTS. THAT IS... JUST NASTY AND UNSANITARY. Read more

Has been more consistent lately, I?ve been able to count on the 4th Street Dunkin? to satisfy my need for an iced Carmel latte... whether it?s in the morning or after work. Hoping to get that 5th star in the event of A) The chicken sandwich doesn?t have a50/50 shot of being inedible B) The drinks aren?t a wildcard of either zero flavor, good, or PERFECT (just give me the flavor,like a lot -that?s why I love DD, I want sweet coffee I think that?s what the Signature selections are for?) It may have been a bad day to stop by but they were Sold Out of almost everything we ordered. We were told hey had no bagels... and no croissants. In the end we chose English Muffins. One of us went to eat our sandwich and it was a bagel. After they said?Sorry we had no bagels.? As they handed it to us. No Salted Caramel drinks either so ordered alternatives there as well.Vanilla Latte was super bitter when normally it is on the sweeter side without having to add anything extra. Edit: I previously gave this location 5 stars but the service has really fallen apart over the past several months. Overall the... service is slow, but I usually order online so I can plan ahead for the extra time. The real issue for me is the attitude of theladies working there now. They keep the food for the online orders behind the counter, which is fine, but that means I HAVE toask if my food is available. I don't mind asking, but most of them give you such an attitude for it and can be just downrightrude about it. I spent 15 minutes waiting this morning for food that was ready but no one would double check for me. They don'teven bother to call out any names for the online orders. One lady straight up just ignored me when I asked, looked right at mewhen I spoke to her and just walked away. Again, I recieved attitude and annoyed demeanor just for asking for the food I paidfor, regardless of how polite I am. This has been going on for the past couple weeks.
