Paid for delivery. The delivery driver was great so i dont blame them for this. But i know i paid for an ice coffee on the... website. I paid 33 bucks for 3 items which is fine but wheny food arrived, my ice coffee was Missing it wasnt even on the ticketwhen i know for a fact i paid for it on the website. I dont know what kind of black magic they did to take it off of there but iwas expecting my ice coffee. Went to this store this morning, they had 1 person working the Dunkin side and one person working the store side, (before I left... another Dunkin employee did come in), this poor girl at Dunkin had 10 coffees in front of her that she had to make. Onlineorders and the orders for the people standing there. It was my turn to order and she asked me to wait. This early in themorning, no coffee, but I saw she was busy and behind so I had no problem waiting. The cashier from the store side emptied herline and came to the Dunkin side to help. Rude and disorganized. Honestly better off grabbing coffee and donuts from a gas station like Wawa or 7-11. I?ve gotten more... professional service at a 4th graders lemonade stand.
