Ordered online. App said it would be ready in about 45 minutes. Show up on time, wait while every other customer is helped as Im... standing next to the register. Just need to hand me my food. After 10 minutes someone finally helps the line that has formed foronline pick ups. Mind you they only have to hand our order to us. Well after waiting for that it seems my hot sandwhich musthave been made immediately as it was completely cold. Most likely it was already started 45 minutes prior to my arrival. It infact tasted like a hot sandwhich that sat for an hour. If you order online here, dont order anything hot. Especially a $22sandwhich. Love Jersey Mikes, but this visit was a fail with cold chicken and hardened cheese. Additionally, there was no soapin the bathroom. Read more

Worst service received today. Been going to this location for a while. And asked for Tuna. Got a sandwich without cheese on it.... Was told by this man with glasses, that I would need to request the cheese. Maybe he should have asked the customer. Have alwaysgot my Tuna with provolone cheese on it. Then the cashier kept on scanning my gift card till my gift card went to a zerobalance. Then I had to pay cash for the cheese. Hopefully the balance will.go back on my gift card. Not sure who this tall manwith glasses is, he definitely is not fit to be working there. And the cashier was as bad as the person who made the sandwich.Calling corporate now. Read more

I?m not a huge fan of subs but my husband and I stopped in for a quick bite and I was surprised at how good it was! Also the... staff is amazing! Colton who made our subs made the whole experience. He was funny and professional and had us ready to gopretty quick. We will definitely be coming back again! Read more

They close at 9, we got there at 8:05.. you could tell they were cleaning up, that?s fine. I work in the industry and I get it... but they were all rude and seemed annoyed that they had to make our food. I would understand if it was 10 til or something butit was a whole hour before they closed. Literally worst attitude, I never write reviews but the way they made us feel was enoughto bring me here. A few weeks ago, I stopped in Jersey Mike's in Port Charlotte. My favorite sandwich is the Big Kahuna. I got my order to... go. The sandwich came out so fast, I was really surprised. I paid and took my food home to enjoy. When I opened the sandwich,I then realized why it was ready so quickly at the restaurant... they have given me someone else's sandwich.. a cold, Italianstyle sandwich. Having already driven home, I ate the sandwich (which was very good by the way), but directly after, I sent acomment via the comments submission page of this sites website giving them a friendly tip that they may need to look into theirorder accuracy. Within 24 hours, I had a phone call from the owner of this franchise 'Chris', who apologized for the inaccurateorder and assured me that they would be looking into it and to make things right he offered to send some gift cards for freesandwiches. Fast forward a few weeks and in the mail, I received a letter from the owner thanking me for my time and feedbackand as promised, included a couple of gift cards for free sandwiches. I have no problem when people make mistakes, we're humanand nobody is perfect.. but for this attention to wanting to make things right by me, I applaud this business and the owner forstepping up and doing what didn't have to be done but did it anyway. That's pride and integrity in ones endeavors. I willcontinue to go to this restaurant (I would have either way) for my occasional Big Kahuna.. in fact because of this act, I willgo out of my way to patronize his restaurant because I know the caliber of service he expects to provide and stands behind thatexpectation when his team falls short. Not being a frequent patron I ordered 2 'giant' sandwiches, custom built. The quality & quantity were excellent. They were huge!... So, we had leftovers, which can be risky with a sandwich; thought it would be soggy, well it wasn't and allowing the sandwich tosit at room temperature for a half hour was the right move. Read more

This location was busy. That's a sign of good food when you have to wait. Employees were on the ball cause it only took 10... minutes to get my sub even though there was a line. The subs are good. You get a lot of meat for your money. The flavors aregreat. I put Jersey Mike's near the top for the best subs out there. They aren't cheap but I think for the money you get aquality meal. If you want a cheap sub all around then go to Subway ???? Read more
