Moved here from California, this tastes like numero Ono pizza in Los Angeles. That's saying alot because most Florida takeout... and fast food blows! Floridians just don't have it as good as Californian's when it comes to restaurants and real food! Not tooshabby!! Good job! You taste like home! ???????? jet's Pizza is good. If you can get it delivered to you. You take an order. I use your little robot. That it said it... was real smart. No problem with that. But honestly it doesn't know the time of day. So I want a store is closed takingsomebody's orders. And you never delivered a pizza. Waited an hour and a half for something that was never being delivered.Store close early. But the computer keeps taking the orders. The most inconvenience pizza place I've ever deal with. Then I gointo the store to talk to the little kids and the manager. And was treated like dirt. And looked at me as if it was my mistake.I will never deal with this company again. And again your pizza is way too high. A picture I ordered they wanted $35 for. I wentto Little Caesars and yes they made that pizza and I got to eat. It cost me $25, for the same Pizza. The owner of the storeshould be moved those three from the counter. And as a business owner. They DO NOT have their stuff together. Waited an hour for my food only to find out it was just sitting there the whole time. Had... to give them my name twice. Girl at the counter taking orders I guess couldn't be bothered to check. Watch 2 others go throughwhat I did as well. Needs better management. I can understand if it was understaffed or super busy but neither one of those werethe case. Complete fail.... Then had to microwave everything at home. Tastes good tho. Read more

My review will be based on: Customer service, Cleanliness/layout, Food & cost My husband and I went from Pace, FL to Tampa,... FL to visit family and stopped by this plaza that had a UPS Store & a pet store. While in the parking lot, the pictures on thewindow of Jet's Pizza (located somewhere in between) looked so new & enticing, we decided to have lunch there before continuingour other shopping plans. Needless to say it was well worth the stop. Customer service: The young lady that took care of ourorder was very helpful with any questions we had. She had a positive disposition, smile on her face, & even after a bit of usinto eating or meal, she cared enough to ask us if we were satisfied with our meal. Even one of the young men in the backappreciateour feedback. (I wish we'd gotten their names, but maybe they will respond if they remember us?) Cleanliness/layout:Alt the eatery is small compared to perhaps other pizza places, the way its set up was perfect for us two. Tables may be alittle smaller, but considering everything we had on the table, it worked just fine. (Picture posted) The layout allows forseveral people to eat in and still have a clear path to the register & bathroom. Note: there is only 1 bathroom that anyone canuse, but can't recall if there was a changing table. Overall, everything was clean, neat, and presentable. Food & cost: Weordered a medium pepperoni & veggies hand-tossed pizza (can't remember the name), a small Ceasars salad, & 8 Jet's Wings(bone-in), as well as 2 bottles of their special spicy sweet sauce, plus an unsweetened ice tea, Gatorade, & water bottle. Allof this cost about $30. The wings had the perfect balance of crisp & tenderness, not to forget the delicious spicy sweet sauce.The sauce is not overly spicy, and i can eat Tobacco hot sauce with no probably.
