Do NOT go to this McDonald?s passed dinner time. The night shift management is atrocious. I understand it gets busy and I even... understand nothing will always be perfect, but I showed up (after ordering on the app) for them to say they can?t find it. 30minutes I waited. 2 managers shrugged their shoulders at me just to come out with my already bagged order and handed it to mewithout saying a word. (Drink was melted) I opened the bag and was missing a sandwich and got an extra fry (not complainingabout extra food) but my order was so messed up I had to have them fix it, of course it was closely followed with an attitude.Again, I don?t expect 5 star service. But I do expect at least ONE manager to be professional. Read more
Got out mobile order wrong and in the end shorted us a drink. At 3$ a pop that means something but it was such a to-do that we... weren't going to go back. Although they gave me plenty of sauce the fries weren't salted. Several times I've went late in theevening and the staff are just rude. Read more
Absolute garbage! The red head girl that takes orders was rude to customers and rolling heels eyes and cussing under her breath!... She was nice to me but horrible customer service to others! Both husband and I were sick from the food and fries and beef tastedfunny! Read more
S L O W "fast" food. I used the drive thru. After placing my order I pulled up to the cashier window and waited, and waited,and... Waited ..you get where I'm going with this.. no one came to the window despite my tapping it and then beeping my horn.NOTHING. Pulled up to the pick up window. Commented to the gentleman at that window, who I believe was the manager, that perhapsthey can put a note on the cashier window to direct customers, if that window is not operating. The response I got was a totallydisinterested "it's open -she's doing other stuff" (talk about a blasé attitude). Great customer service - NOT. Read more

I love this night crew! I wish I got their names but the black girl that works nights and the white girl with colored hair are... always so kind and professional when I come through before or after work a lot of nights. Thankful for this kind of customerservice:) Read more

Was there at 6:30 pm and just drive thru was steady. I went inside to order at counter and no one came to ask me what I wanted... for 15 minutes. Then when I ordered person at counter was ringing it up wrong. Took her 3 tries to get it right. Got food andleft. I should have looked before leaving, but didn't. At home opened the bag. My burger had cheese on, I said NO cheese and mylarge fry was only half filled and cold . Read more
