Recently we dined at the outback in port Charlotte Florida. The prime rib & filet along with side dishes were fantastic! Also... Madison, (who was in training for management), was amazing! She walked up to our booth asking if we were pleased with theservice and entrees. She then asked if she could do anything to better serve us? The staff overall was friendly andaccommodating! Nice restaurant, we were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated right away. Our waitress was very busy but still greeted us... and took our drink order. Warm bread and butter was brought over with our drinks. We had their Bloomin Chicken and 11 oz steak.Our meals were cooked perfectly and were piping hot when brought over. I wasn't impressed. For the money spent, to quality of the dishes, likely go elsewhere. I love their bread. But that's about all... I "loved*. The prime rib, was not impressive. The flavor was very underwhelming, The shrimp on the barbie... Also notimpressive. Again for the amount they charge for the dish vs the quality... Just not a huge fan. The blooming onion was good.The loaded fries.. meh. Our server was good. We had a birthday and anniversary to celebrate and he was very good at havingeveryone sing to us and getting dessert options figured out with me. Dessert itself was good. In conclusion, I'm just not ahuge Outback Steakhouse fan. Not when I got Prime steak house right around the corner and I was blown away at Prime forrelatively the same amount of money. Read more
We had party. She is always so special and very kind. Always so pleasant. I ordered a medium rare steak and she noticed when I... cut into it., that it wasn't quite rare enough and just, on her own, offered to get me another one. We love it when we happen toget her. Read more

Came here on a Tuesday night the day after Valentines Day for my birthday. 35 minute wait @6:20pm! The food and service made up... for the wait as both were excellent. We had the breaded Mushrooms for an appetizer and brought half home. The salads were freshand nice sized. Ruby had the Surf and Turf with 6 oz filet and I had the French Onion soup and the 16 oz Outback-Style PrimeRib with a side of sautéed mushrooms. The soup was good and not salty as French Onion can be. The steak was medium rare andsome also came home as we shared a dessert. The Chocolate Thunder from Down Under was the finishing touch! I got the sirloin (well done) and twisted ribs and a blooming onion. My steak wasent cooked properly but the ribs were really... good the steak was medium or med-rare and our waitress was inattentive i had to get out of my seat and find someone else to cashme out Read more
I loved the food, the cooking point of the meat was spectacular, if you want a good meat dish I recommend this place
