Super noisy and not WiFi available. Self serving registers were broken. All these due to hurricane Ian that recently destroyed... the town. Because I only wanted coffee with the intention to use WiFi, I was given it free. Read more

I love Panera bread but this location is just terrible. I ordered a sandwich and an iced chocolate latte without the espresso.... The lady hands me my drink and it?s literally just milk with syrup at the bottom. She didn?t even attempt to stir it and shedidn?t put any whipped cream. When I brought this up all she did was complain and say ?I can?t stir it without heating it up? itwas just pure laziness. She offered me a kids size chocolate milk instead but I payed $5 for the the latte and she triedoffering me a $1 drink to compensate. She didn?t even attempt to fix my order. I don?t understand why ordering something on themenu was so difficult for her to make. I told her I ordered this drink multiple times at various locations and all she said backwas ?I can?t stir it? when I got the drink I was easily able to stir it with just my straw, the lady didn?t even make anattempt. On top of that when given my sandwich she said ?here?s your sandwich? and tossed it onto the counter causing mysandwich to fall out. And I was supposed to get chips with it. I had to ask multiple times to even get my chips. I understandmistakes happen but this was just a prime example of laziness and being snotty. I didn?t catch the lady?s name but she was aredhead in a purple shirt so hopefully she?ll see this and do better or maybe get a job somewhere else. Read more

Can someone explain to me how literally nobody ever brings out the food when at the curbside pickup? Like can you just contact... me and let me know you?re not gonna do it so I?m not sitting outside for 20 min waiting for food to be brought out? So freakingannoying. This is like the 5th time I?ve sat and waited and nobody brought our the food so I had to go inside. And that?s notconvenient if I have a dog with me. Not going to leave them in a hot car. This location sucks so much. I never even write badreviews either, I?ve just seriously lost my patience after having this happen SO many times. Read more

Panera Bread is doing something very right in this gluten-free age. Variety, delisciousnes, and friendly people make this one of... my favorites. The charged lemonades are tasty. Read more

There?s a very rude African American girl here with long braids who will almost come close to running into you, you?ll say... excuse me to be polite even though she?s the one who almost ran into you and she?ll give you rude side eye like you?re in HERway and she?s Queen Bee. She?s definitely not a girl that needs to be working in food service. Overall just a low qualityemployee with no humility or awareness of what?s going on around her. It?s a SHAME when customers are more polite than peoplebeing paid to be there!! Read more

I give this Panera 5 stars! For consistently getting my orders wrong that is! My last 3 visits were frustrating. Forgot my... sandwich in my pick 2, gave me a different soup than what I ordered, and put bacon on my sandwich that I omitted. Brand newfaces all around and quality of customer service and preparation of food is terrible at best. I communicated with customer careand have yet to get refunded for a sandwich I was unable to eat. Their ?response? to my inquiry was a $1 reward off my next pick2. Fat chance of me returning to this location again. Read more

I am extremely disappointed in Panera. I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup for lunch and was given a cup of greasy broth with... six and noodles and a carrot. When you are paying over $7 for a cup of soup, it would be nice to have actually chicken andnoodles in it. It was ordered at 11:30 so I can't even imagine that they were completely out (and if they were, they should havetold me). My coworker also received a cup of broth too so it wasn't a one time incident. Panera has definitely gotten skimpywith the amount of actual food you get, but this is ridiculous. Read more

I ordered my usual favorite bowl of soup with a slice of French Baguette Bread on the side. I would have preferred to try... something different at Panera's, like a creamy potato soup or clam chowder, but they always seem to have the same selections ofsoups when I come. So, I chose the same: Creamy Tomato Soup. A server brought it out to my table in a nice big-sized bowl. Itlooked like a good sizable portion. I loved the smatter of homemade croutons added on the top. I also ordered a soft drink, which I filled with Iced Ginger Hibiscus Tea. Everything tasted very good. I was quite satisfied. I was also delighted to learnthat I had earned a free reward, so I chose the last available blueberry muffin. 7/24 Yay! I finally visited on the right dayand discovered that they were offering Creamy Potato Soup. It was absolutely delicious! This is one recipe I would definitelylike to find and add to my collection!
