Very rude workers, the manager became hostile with me when I asked him when my order was going to be ready. My order said it was... ready on the screen for 20 minutes and then when I asked about picking up my order the staff started to argue with me that itwas not ready and that they were too busy and refused to give me a refund. Normally we get pizza the way we expect from Pizza hut. However on this occasion I discovered that not all the ingredients are... included in the title of the pizza selected for the big family box solution. Onions and peppers came on the barbecue chickenpizza which was only listed at the very bottom. When I order a pepperoni pizza I understand that that is what comes on the pizzaand not anything else. When I order a supreme pizza that is what I expect. But since I am allergic to onions that whole pizzawas unedible and had to be thrown away. Second, the breadsticks came without any sauce or marinara. Third, the chicken alfredowas overcooked and burned. And fourth, and most frustrating, was the fact that I had ordered and paid for extra cheese on bothof the pizzas and did not get extra cheese. It was so blatantly obvious that someone purposely made the effort not to add extracheese for whatever reason. I highly recommend it if you do any kind of ordering that you are very very specific. Their onlineordering special instructions only allows for 16 characters which means the best thing for you to do is to ignore the onlineapplication and call them. Read more

I ordered 4 large pizzas and received 1 large and 5 mediums. Which is fine. I understand if the store was out of dough for large... pizzas. What I have problem with is this was the second time from this store that the cheese and other ingredients stuck to thelid of the box. The other Pizza Hut in town puts the separator in the center of the box. The past two times was not worth a 20%tip on both orders. Read more
Paid extra for a pan pizza and this is hand tossed ,wasn't good . I was very disappointed
The driver Joey was very friendly and a smile very kudos to him but whoever made the pizza should be fired. I know I placed the... other fairly early around 11:45 but the dough seemed old and the toppings were spread around like a kid made it. Will not orderhere again. Read more
ordered for delivery at 6:30. was told 15 minutes. 7:15 rolls around, no delivery. call to see what the story is, told the... driver is just now leaving with the order, should be another 15 minutes. wait till 7:45, still no delivery. call store again.speak to a very stoned sounding male who claims he's got "no idea" about the order. i patiently repeat the details, thensuddenly it's "oh, right, it's right here. it was marked for carry out" - i say cancel the order. sleepy male CALLS ME BACK toexplain that he's the "manager" and that his "CSR" made the order, not him. i express surprise that he's the manager and advisethat he fix the way he answers the phone. he explains that he's very tired and works 2 jobs. i can see that this pizza gig getshis full attention...... would not recommend to others. would not buy from again.
