Absolutely ridiculous. It's 10PM and I ordered a delivery order through doordash. It's past midnight by the time taco bell... confirmed the order and after another hour, they tell the dasher "Too late for that, we are going home" and denied to fulfill myorder after hours of making me wait. The fun part is that they tell doordash my order is already out the door and made it seemlike it was delivered already, making me loose almost $80 in items. Thanks guys never again. Read more
Excellent Taco Bell. My husband and I stopped while heading home. The staff was excellent, friendly and everyone was working... dilegently. The store was spotless; appreciated. The food was fresh and very good. Glad to have the Taco pizza back! Read more
This place is run by kids who have no idea what they are doing because they do not have proper training or management. The first... time we went it took 30 minutes inside to get our food that was so sloppy my kid got mad. My kid dude. The next time we couldnot even get anything because the little girl at the register was joking around with people and said we don't have burritos orquesadillas. 10/10 don't recommend. Read more
I have few things to say but it?s one on special Good 1- the food was made good nothing to complain about it 2- the service... also it?s ok. The bad here at this place it?s. 1- to place the order the screen on left keep getting freezing 2- I ordered on 6pack of sauce !! On the picture you can see how many they put it on my order. Awful. No chicken in my food I pulled around to have it fixed they were rude like I did something wrong 51$ spent and it wasn't... edible. I git a refund. I hate to complain but when I have the window slammed in my face and I'm treated like I did somethingwrong I just can't. After I asked for a corporate number I was told they're a franchise okay cool ill take their number. You'llhave to call the gm okay cool his number? Gave me a number that was definitely not his number, and then after all of this hecomes to the window. Said he just got there no one offered to make it right not once my children were not happy like im soconfused. How do you not take pride in your job. Definitely annoyed this is what my order looked like. No I didn't throw the bag in the road and run it over with my car, it was... given to me this way with the sauce leaking all over the bag getting all over everything and tacos wrapped horribly. I work infood service and I would never serve anything this way and if I did I would be so embarrassed Read more
Updates all the way to bottom! Recently charged review to 5 stars. I ordered three tacos and a burrito supreme and the supreme... was not very supreme. It makes me regret not getting it inside but instead I use the app. I returned to that same location toget lunch, my friend encouraged me to get extra meat. The actual burrito was much improved and very yummy. Wait time was nearly25 minutes and my arrival time was a little after 1:00 in the afternoon. I will raise my rating after this post from a three toa four. Came back again, around 1:30 in the afternoon. I ordered two 5 layer burritos, and they were perfect. I had used theapp and ordered in their parking lot, was third in line in the drive thru, and my order was ready when I got to the window. Just a perfect experience. Read more
I'm not sure what they expect here but they didn't even have a single person walk to the counter to greet customers or take... orders. They didn't say a word. I love taco bell but was the worst place. Will NEVER go back to this location. Ended up havingto walk out because NO ONE CAME TO TAKE OUR ORDER. Read more
