We absolutely love Tropical Smoothie! All of their menu items can be made with plant based meats. The favors are great! I enjoy... the smoothies occasionally, but due to the price I usually only get the kid size. They are a little more pricey than I like, butwith the rewards app giving us the ability to earn free meals and other things, it makes it totally worth it. Staff is alwayspleasant. I went to the drive thru and ordered one Thai chicken wrap without cilantro and extra peanut sauce and one sunshine smoothie. I... sat at the window for (NO LIE) 15 mins watching all of the employees inside doing anything but filling orders. I got my Thaichicken wrap cold, hard, with cilantro and zero peanut sauce!! Then to add insult to injury, my smoothie was watery. This placeclearly needs a serious overhaul with ADULTS that are interested in working and not playing on their phones!!! Read more

This is the only Tropical smoothie I have been to that will not honor the survey coupons and law enforcement discount. What's the purpose of a smoothie and blending machines if there are chunks of fruit and Ice in it. It's in the name! SMOOTHIIIEE... = SMOOTH....
