During the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Ian, this was one of the few gas stations in town with gas. They had it organized as... well as they possibly could have, and despite lines exceeding 5 hours, employees were kind and upbeat and helpful. I watched ayoung lady get verbally accosted and by the time I reached her, she was still smiling and helpful. Went there October 1 after the hurricane to get gas I waited almost 5 hours in the car line after waiting that long with get to... the pump from 11:00 to 6:00 pm and went Inside to pay because was only cash because of the Hurricane. The Skinny white lady thatwas in charge there was rude and told me to hurry up because the people that was standing waiting to pump gas were waiting for along time. I told her I had waiting for 5 hours in the car line. She answered ( I don?t care about you I care about them.) Itold her she was been rude. And she threatened me that she was going to call the police on me and my family. She feels sopowerful working there and treating people rude. ( her words were : IM IN CHARGE HERE I CAN DO WHAT I WANT) how much do you makehourly?? Lol ????????. Poor soul you are nothing to me. I feel sorry for you. The tall woman wearing the hat I think Tammy was her name phenomenal she went above and beyond to make sure I got my gas... hurricane Ian has lines backed out for miles.she allowed me to switch pumps were a card reader worked until I got gas she couldhave easily said kick rocks and she didn't thank you so much. Lucy needs to learn how to do her job??.. it?s not that complicated. I came in to buy $15 worth of gas and she charged my card... for it but never put it into the system. I ended up coming into the store three separate times and they took every dime off ofmy card and still didn?t give me any gas. So I had to sit and wait on hold with customer service and not earn money like I wasdoing. They told me it could likely be a seven day wait to get my money back. When I talked to the manager they acted as thoughit was my fault and ?..not Lucy?s. Shame on this store. I get to sit at a gas station and not leave while Lucy gets to standinside making money. Luckily a complete stranger paid it forward and gave me cash otherwise I would?ve been stranded here.Someone else that she does this to may not be so lucky.Please kick this incompetent woman off of your team and to anyone cominginto the store?.
