This Wendy's, just recently was remodel. The service there like every other place else here in Port Charlotte is under employed.... The waiting time and it drives through at lunch time is outrageous. So I went inside and ordered my food and the staff was greatbut it took almost 45 minutes standing on a line to eat my meal in the restaurant. The MIC has such a great presence and positive attitude She was on the phone with help desk issues still keeping customers happy... and work flow moving . First time there. Food was hot. But just a heads up they are doing remodeling and you can only use the drive-thru.
Avoid this Wendy's, first orders of fries were served at room temperature. They replaced those with fries that were hot but... broken into small pieces. We suspect the frozen fries had been mishandled which broke them. Read more

we tried the breakfast baconator, which I mistakenly thought was a regular beef baconator with egg as in the picture in the ad,... be aware it is sausage and a little bit zingy -- I took off the pork product, it was much better but boring, next time I'll askto substitute beef for pork, that would amazing!; the staff here are friendly and nice and the service is pretty quick; theyhave reasonable prices, plus their coupons brought our total cost to less than $5 per person! I really like their apple pecan salad and , the double stack with asiago cheese and no pickles. Wendy also makes in my opinion... better fresher french fries than their competitors. The Wendy's on cochran blvd is my go to for food on the go. Read more
