Short staffed, long wait. They put tartar sauce on their Big Boys! Make sure you read the menu to know what you are ordering.... When I asked the waitress what was on the Big Boy, she said tartar sauce and I said, oh I won't eat that and she looked at meshrugged her shoulders and walked away!!! The older couple waiting in the lobby with us was there way before us, yet theyskipped them and took 5 people that came in after them. We said something and made sure they got seated before us. Was riding through from toledo to Cedar Point and stopped in for a quick breakfast. The place was only about half full, and I... was seated and helped very quickly. My waitress was very helpful and checked on me a great many times throughout my meal. Anything I asked for, she handled very quickly for me. At one point I crossed the restaurant to take a picture of a cool BigBoy clock on the wall, and was told a little bit of the background of it from a man I assume was the manager, but I'm not 100%certain there. Solid breakfast choices. Pancakes were cooked perfectly, scrambled eggs were moist but not runny, spicy spuds are a bit of a... misnomer but they were still rather tasty. We had two toddlers with us so the wet wipe that came in the little kids pack wasmuch appreciated. Read more

We arrived before 11a and waited at least 10mins to be seated and another 10min to order, then when we... ordered we were told that we could not get 11a Special pricing because it was already past 11a when it was their fault and theywould not honor it. My first time visiting this place, upon entering there was only the manager at the register. I asked how it worked, if I was to... order here or sit at a table, she very rudely told me if I was at the podium stand that I would be seated, and she walked awayfrom me towards the podium, so I said ok, I?ll go back to the podium. She grabbed a menu and said follow me, and seated me witha very hostile attitude. I almost walked out but decided to stay. My server was excellent and had a great attitude. Hopefullythis horrible manager won?t destroy the great attitude of the servers here. I had the Delux Boy burger and it was great. We visit here frequently both inside and the drive thru as it?s my grandma?s favorite place. Somehow it?s always ruined when... there is a particular employee working. Older aged female with glasses and shoulder length hair. Not sure her name but I?ve alsooverheard other customers while dining in complaining about her attitude and how she treats people. The first time it happenedwas last year- I thought well everyone has bad days, no biggie! No, this lady is SO rude, all. the. time. We?ve run into hermultiple times as our waitress and she is extremely unfriendly. We?ve always been kind and tipped well so definitely aher-issue. She should be working in the kitchen where she doesn?t interact with customers because she truly does make ituncomfortable. The latest encounter was picking up an order through the drive thru this past weekend and I nicely said ?hi! I?mhere to pick up-? she immediately cut me off and very aggressively said ?PULL FORWARD?. Then never said a word, handed me myfood, and walked away from the drive thru window. It?s not hard to be kind and I?d rather just take my business elsewhere. Noone wants to deal with a rude waitress when trying to have a nice lunch or dinner. She needs her attitude checked. Read more
