It's McDonald's. So based of of similar experiences it was less than par. We ordered 2 quarter pounders and got our food. The... box that the sandwiches were in was covered in hamburger grease. Obviously they are not using utensils to handle the foodproducts and just using their hands to get that much grease on the box. So with that being said food handling is poor and crosscontamination between chicken and beef is most likely occurring as I doubt they are changing the gloves every time. Who wants tohandle a box cover in grease. I hope they can correct this poor process. I worked in food industry in the past and this islaziness, not safe and gross. Read more
Wow. They were busy I give them that. My boyfriend waited atleast 20 minutes to order. Brought home a nasty bagel I will attach... pictures. Came to our hotel he wiped it with a napkin and it was burnt. I took it back went inside and there's no front counterperson. I believe I seen something about kiosk orders only maybe? Some people pay in cash tho and need a person at the registerto cash them out!! It took atleast 10 minutes to tell them they messed up my bagel. The girl who helped me was super nice. Thecook she had to tell to remake it was rude as hell! After finally making the sandwich she threw it into the warmer. Took another3 minutes for someone to finally grab it for me. Get back to eat, open our Strawberry pies and this is what we got. I wasntgoing to write a review until this. Read more
Hate the kiosk. Hate it. I get frustrated n yell at counter people for help. 14.00 hour and they can't do there jobs. We have... to do it. I call BS at McDonalds. Do your jobs. The food was good until I read the review about the bug. Couldn't eat anotherbite after. Gross man Read more
The drive thru was terribly slow. Witnessed at least 5 cars leave. The food was really hot though and cooked to expectations.... All in all if your in a hurry you might be at the wrong McDonalds location. All in all though the food was good and that?s allthat matters. Read more
i went through the drive thru tonight and got my meal and when i got home half way through eating it i found a dead mayfly... skeleton. i called to try and get something fixed and the manager was unfortunately not very nice and was being very short withme. i could tell he was not wanting to talk to me and was in a very rude mood. i completely lost my appetite and feel disgustedeating it. i hope management either improves or a change is made. Employees tend to get my food quickly when I order online but every time I get curbside it takes 20 minutes and the food is... sloppy and fries are hot but soggy. To make it worse, I met the hiring lady and she was rude condensing woman that won?t hirepeople she personally has grudges with so explains why the employees tend to be bad. Waste of a location but sadly pays betterthen most places in port Clinton. Read more

Fries were trash! They were cold, no salt and hard. The sweet tea tasted like dirty mop water! Went inside to get a replacement... and the employee looked at me like i did something wrong.... Y'all wrong for that! Read more
