To say we are agitated, would be an understatement. My husband placed an online order this evening at not even 7pm. Here it is,... 9:09pm, they're closed and the order was not delivered. We won't be ordering any more from this establishment. I know sayingthat doesn't do anything, but the place has gone downhill, FAST. In town for a night and this location was a mile away from our hotel. Ordered the Big Box- both pizzas were cold & undercooked,... breadsticks were also cold, unseasoned, dry & rock hard, chicken was alright but sauce was just poured on top. I understand it'sa Saturday night but it's no excuse. Extremely displeased. I tried calling several times within minutes of returning to thehotel but no answer. Would not recommend this location! Got a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, for a total of $21, and I can tell you I felt like I got ripped off !!! The crust was so... thin it was basically falling apart, and forget the sauce cause there was none !! I paid for dough, some pepperoni and cheese.Unfortunately I don?t think I?ll be visiting Pizza Hut anymore !!! I?ll drive to Porky?s to get my pizza from now on !!! Read more
It was great, the dinning room is open but you order first when you walk in then seat yourself, the pizza comes out in the box... and you get paper plates, they must not be able to find help to run the dinning room but the pizza was still great. Read more
Some of your questions related to cleanliness inside the restaurant, etc. and I never entered the restaurant. Also, I'm not... regularly in the area of where this restaurant is so I couldn't answer that I'd recommend to others to come here. However, I didhave a great experience having received exactly what I ordered, in a timely fashion, by a very friendly employee who smiled andwas cordial and professional. All of my food was poorly put together. I ordered the cinnamon rolls and they were still raw and completely smothered in icing... to cover the undercook. The pizza that was ordered almost looked like half mushroom, half banana peppers but should have beenover all of it. I recently moved and was excited to be able to get pizza hut again.
