It's hard to rate a fast food restaurant 5 stars, but it's the employees here tgat make this location. They are always very... friendly, even though we don't get into town to get there until < 30min to closing! They are still friendly and never rude.Great staff! Stopped at this Wendy's for a Frosty-ccino that I had a BOGO coupon for. The staff was still in training and needed help... scanning my rewards and with the coupon, but they were friendly and service was fast. Neat anchor in front of the building addedto the stop. Read more
Frustrating. Dining room closed ridiculously early so we did drive thru. Dropped over $50 on food for the family, but they... wouldn't let us have tap water without paying the full soda cost of $1.29. Final straw, the one drink we ordered no ice had iceand the fries were lukewarm. This franchise location is not worth the hassle. Read more

Visited for lunch while up in Port Clinton. It was a later lunch time so the drive thru was super fast. The girl that took my... order was super upbeat, repeated my order back, confirmed, told me my total and sent me around to pay. The boy that gave me mydrink almost spilled it, caught it mid fall and was super embarrassed. He did apologize and ask if I would like a new one, whichof course I said nope and he gave me a stack of napkins. Thought that was super nice of him to offer. The food was hot anddelicious. The fries were a little salty for me but manageable. I sat in the car and watched the birds while I ate. Seems like apretty popular spot, lots of people coming and going. Easy to get in and out of.
