Beautiful king bed suite. Suite #1 full view of ships going through the canal. Extremely clean, spacious and inviting. ... Equipped with microwave, small fridge, freezer, basic kitchen necessities. The host and staff, Tammy were extremely helpfuland welcoming. The restaurant downstairs offers great food, cozy atmosphere, and a great selection. The prices are fair andthe experience is highly recommended. Read more

We had lunch here and the food was so good. We were immediately greeted by Dalton, he said he was going to be our Waiter.. and... he was wonderful. He mentioned that Dill Pickle Soup was one of the days specials. I'd never heard of this soup before and quitehonestly, it didn't sound appetizing at all. After giving us our menus and telling us the days specials, he left to get ourdrinks and came back with a small dish with Dill Pickle Soup.. he wanted me to give it a try.. I was surprised that he'd go tothe trouble.. I tasted it.. all I can say is that it was really good. Our lunch was wonderful.. food was so good.. the waitstaff.. so friendly and accommodating.. Disappointing took my family for lunch. The lobster pasta there had a large pool of oil on the bottom of the bowl and the... lobster was definitely a disappointment, tasted like it came from a can. The lobster wrap wasn't any better did not have alobster flavor at all. The lobster meat was a mush definitely tasted and looked like it came from a can. Even frozen lobsterwould have tasted better. I honestly won't be going back as it was not a great taste experience at all. Read more

Spectacular! Today was clearly Canalside?s busiest day of the year being the Saturday of the Canal Days festival. The restaurant... was jam packed inside and out, but they still managed to deliver exceptional service and knock it out of the park. We had thelobster roll, and the beef on a bun - fantastic and fresh! Great portions as well. That restaurant is truly a well oiled machinethe way the kitchen and servers operate to turn out incredible food every time. Kudos to all of the staff and management for thework you do! Read more

The server was quite friendly, and the food was good, but for what we paid, the portion size left alot to be desired.. plus when... you ask essentially for just the pasta with sauce and cheese.. and only $1 is removed so you pay $19 for a small bowl of pasta..it leaves a little to be desired price wise. I just don't see where two fountain pops and two bowls of pasta costing $50 isjustified. Probably won't be back. Read more
