If I could rate -5 stars I would. THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER and I have low expectations of fast food restaurants as is. Drive... thru? Yeah be prepared to wait 20 mins for your food and then have someone come out and ask what your ordered. Buns are alwaysrock hard. Always missing things in the order. Chicken nuggets are chewy and nasty. Every single time. If you ever want hot sodapop then this is your place because they hate ice. Just absolutely disgusting all around. Never fails to disappoint. Sadly this Mc'dees location has become the worst experience for me personally over the 2022 Calendar year. I do understand... they're busy during rush morning hours but McDonald's pricing if you haven't noticed is ridiculous these days. That said, youcan ask staff @ this location all you want about how you want your meal prepared to your liking, but requests are disregarded.Fortunately I don't have this experience @ every McDonald's location so if HEAD OFFICE or management @ this location readsreviews or even cares about their customers experience, DO something please ? 10/10 would recommend, was absolutely stunned on how amazing these menu items tasted, especially the ketchup packets they were... my favorite especially mixing it in my drink. Read more
Bun on our McChicken was hard as a rock. Our mcdoubles had no ketchup or mustard at all. The fries were ice cold after waiting... in the drive through for over 20 min you'd think they would be fresh. And the pop had no ice. As I wrote this I changed from a 2to 1 star because typing it all out made me even more mad at this McDonald's. We went here the other night for dinner, and even though they told us they were out of the item we wanted (after we paid... already), they offered great solutions so we were happy in the end. Also, the soft drinks we got were warm and flat, and so theyreplaced them with milkshakes at no charge for all the inconvenience. Stuff happens, you run out of items, machines break, itsunavoidable and not the staffs fault. It?s all in how you problem solve and they did that part very well! Read more
It seems like drive thru in the mornings can't stir ice coffees. I was handed an iced coffee and watched them "shake" it and it... wasn't mixed at all, I politely asked the lady if she can stir both iced coffees and was given attitude and they both stillweren't stirred. I understand orders need to be handed out in a certain time frame but make it right the first time. Read more
Ordered ahead on the app and I choose curb side pick up and waited 20 minutes in my car before going in and having to ask for my... order. Which they replied ?oh we gave it to someone else?. Not only has this happened once but twice. Total time waiting for myfood 31 minutes for a bagel. Should have went to a sit down restaurant. Never again. Management is pathetic. Read more
Port Colborne McDonald's has the most disgusting food I have ever had at a McDonald's anywhere in Canada. . I asked for well... done fries they came cold and uncooked I took them back to be served the same fries. I asked for fresh well done he said theseare fresh how well done do you want them very rude young man. I received the same cold fries I was complaining about. The bigMac was cold with so much sauce on it I wore it. I am so disgusted in everything from food to service!!
