Clean place staff very friendly
I tiered of Timmies,it seems like more and more places concentrate on drive through than people standing in line. This place never takes any less than 20 minutes to even order
Supper friendlier , clean place , and the stuff, I liked their friendlier smile that is very litle in Toronto .
Honestly I have given this place more than one chance, and I understand that when you are understaffed or training new employees... that it can be hard to keep up when you get busy. But on multiple occasions now I have spent more than 30 mins just waiting forsomeone to acknowledge that I was waiting to place an order, or I go threw drive thru and place an order and they don't havemost of the food selection ready. There needs to be a better system of communication for the workers between eachother as Ican't imagine how many upset customers they have had to deal with because of these simple issues. Read more
This place has gone so downhill... Rude, ignorant staff and poor product... Don't waste your money people!
This is one of the best locations to get doughnuts from. They are always cooked and iced perfectly when I?m here. I don?t know... who is preparing them but that person(s) should definitely be running a training class for all the bakers. Minus one starbecause I love coffee and Tim?s never seems to taste good. and that?s an inconvenience. Read more
