Best bubble tea around. I would give five stars if it wasn't for their brand new cups. I recommend either buying a reusable... cup (they have them) or bringing your own straw. The paper straws cannot suck up the pearls after getting wet. I had to take offthe horrible plastic lid (hole for straw is on the side so you can't mix it and the cup it too tall for the straw) just to enjoymy bubble tea. Read more

Came here for their brunch (which I think is currently only reservation only?). It was absolutely amazing! It was pretty much a... private dining experience as they opened the store early for our brunch, and there was no one else there. Every dish wasdelicious and unique and so pretty and well plated. Large portions. The drinks were so creative and all very good. In the end wewere only charged $15 for the experience. A+ experience. Give it a try if you have the chance! Read more

Their Sunday brunch menu was great! Especially, Bulgogi tasted good.

Ordered a few things for pick up however when I arrived the white guy behind the counter told me that they lacked the... ingredients to complete the order. A phone call would've been nice instead of being baited for 20 minutes with a complete orderwhen clearly that wasn't the case. But when I settled for my half order, their payment machines had issues so ended up gettingnothing at all. They sell great products but with service this abysmal, I'd recommend someplace else. Beautiful cafe, really cute merchandise. They have yummy drinks, and seasonal features. We tried the Summer specials today, it... was really good. Unfortunately not giving this place a 5 because service isn't consistent, today it was really off, last time Iwas greeted right away. Took the staff awhile to even acknowledge us. So great flavours of drinks to try here. And they get all the classics right. Come hungry because the food here is satisfying... too. Comfy places to sit and an easy location to order for pick up. My fave drink is strawberry taro with coconut jelly and mydaughter likes the toreo (taro and Oreo) with pearls. They are very good with mixing flavours that you want to try. Read more

This place doesn?t even deserve 0 star. These are worst bubble teas I?ve ever had. The drinks are absolutely appalling. Ordered... the tiramisu ?sea foam?. Foam is nowhere to be seen. It sank like the Titanic. Also ordered brown sugar MT and it tasted likeINSTANT ICED COFFEE with 1kg of sugar! They have the audacity to charge $7 for these drinks. For our first visit I got strawberry + the strawberry popping pearls, and my fiance got the mango with regular pearls. They... tasted incredible. Since then we have been back several times. The staff are always so sweet and kind. This is my favouriteplace to get bubble tea in the lower mainland. And don't overlook their food - it's so good too. A true hidden gem!! Read more
