See pic showing the quality of food in this restaurant. Spoiled lettuce in all 4 sandwich that we ordered. Also, This Burger... King in Port Coquitlam needs to teach their staff how the customer service should be in Canada. Waited 15 min in parking for 4sandwiches that ordered in drive through. When a young lady brought our food with no ketchup that was asked to add before, Iasked her to give us some. She returned with 3 ketchups ( for 4 sandwiches) .When I asked why it?s only 3, she said? oh you needmore? Ohhh ok ?. She didn?t even bother to apologize. Read more

Just purchased 2x chicken sandwiches. Specifically asked for onion rings and not fries with the sandwiches. They gave me cold... tasteless fries which were terrible. I ordered 8 nuggets and didn't like the flavor. Not planning to go back any time soon. Read more

I don't go by very often, however I find quality and polite service consistent. I tend to go for Whopper combos. I find the... burgers tasty, and the fries crisp. Their spin on poutine is good too. There's deals to be had, coupons are regularly sent out.Mobile bandit often features this BK as well. Read more

Placed order via the app to prevent mistakes at this location. After parking me they finally gave me my order - and it was... wrong. I went inside and employee Kevi just says 80% of the staff are new. That should tell you something right there. Butthe scary fact is the people that cook your food can?t even place the correct items in the bag when there?s a receipt rightthere that?s literally a list of what goes in the bag. I?m glad I paid by card because man alive if the staff can?t put thefood in the bag there?s no way they can do math. Read more
