As the owner has responded, I should go on explaining why the low rating. This location of DQ is as busy as any other. However,... what makes this location problematic is the attitude of the staffs. They do not behave as servers, have no knowledge of customerservice. They Do not serve the mobile orders at all unless asked repeatedly at the till. I understand that you would prefer tospeak your own language at worksite, but do not communicate in such language in the presence of customers. Use officiallanguage. I came in last week to grab some dinner and milkshakes. The whole time we were waiting the staff, speaking there own language... were laughing and pointing at us, which was uncomfortable. When the food finally came the guy made one last comment in therelanguage and they all laughed. After leaving we tried the milkshakes which were the wrong flavours and had chunks of bananaadded to them.(strange)The burgers were microwaved and smelled bad. We decided to throw everything out and not take a chance, wehonestly didn't know what the laughing and staring was about and if they did something to the food. Absulutley terrible I order 2 salads with crispy chicken. They gave me honey mustard dipping sauce instead of their honey... mustard DRESSING! They gave me a excuse that they were out of the dressing because they are having trouble with their supplyorders. They should take it off the menu if they can not supply the correct dressing. This location is terrible depending on who is working. The women working the cash and treat sections clearly aren't interested... in doing a good job. When I ordered a $9.43 large skor blizzard with extra skor and they confer in a different language about myorder, I know it's going to be pitiful. I watched them make it with only 3 scoops of skor candy which cannot be enough candy fora large with paid extra topping. On top of that the ice cream was runny and didn't even make it to the top of the cup, let alonehold a stiff peak above the lip like most every other DQ I've been to. I had to put it in the freezer when I got home (2 blocksaway) for more than 30 minutes to make it edible. I was so excited to have DQ location close to the house when they first openedbut every time I've been here (probably 6-8 times over 2 years) I've been disappointed more than satisfied. If this is a familybusiness, someone needs to tell them it's to their benefit to put out good quality food and using the appropriate quantities offood. They'll get more business if their food is good than if everyone knows they cheat you on quantity. Honestly going forward,it's worth driving much farther away to get better quality. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket. I shared one with my son yesterday at a different location and it was great. This... location was also fresh and tasty but the amount of fries was a small. Not in a basket box with lots of fries like the previouslocation. I asked if this was the basket and the lady at the till said yes. It was very small. We love coming to Dairy Queen. The door was locked even though it was 15 minutes past opening times. The server was friendly,... took our order quickly, delivered it and let us have our ice cream after we ate our meal. My daughter ordered her burger with nopickles or onions and they put extra in mine. They have the best Icecream. Our meal came with Sunday?s we got Hot Fudge.
