The atmosphere isn't friendly or welcoming and the staff watch you like a hawk while you are reading the menu or choosing your... beverage, all while speaking to one another in a language we don't use and snickering. It's off-putting! Never a smile orgesture of warmth, they could benefit from a course on manners and good customer service. Often we'll use a coupon so we canafford to tip well. Today, our bowls came out with maybe half of the normal serving. At other locations we can never finish abowl... they are so filling! We noticed another couple with heaped bowls and chatted with them. They didn't use a coupon - Iguess that's why they got the right amount. We've been at this location 5 or 6 times now and I decided to write about ourexperience today because we're fed up and completely disappointed. Is $5 less really cause for this level of rudeness? Wish wedidn't give them a tip. We'll go elsewhere. Read more
Hq should look into this location the soups were both inedible...it was so bland and disgusting..I'm literally drinking... water...it's like a gross tea of kale, rice, beans and corn. if i could leave 0 stars i would. this is the most disgusting bowl i?ve ever gotten from any Freshii i?ve ever been to. I?m... actually sick to my stomach about how nasty it was. First, my rice was not only burnt which they tried to cover up with addingmore veggies but there was this ?mysterious? piece that looked burnt and congealed with other unknown substances. I?d also liketo add that on my teriyaki bowl i added mushroom which upon opening my bowl because i ordered through uber eats (working lateand can?t make it to your store in person) the mushrooms smelled so putrid as if they had been in your fridge for weeks and therest of the bowl had a very fishy odour to it. The food tastes fine here but if you want your money's worth, choose a different location. I have ordered here a few times and... this location gives HALF the portion size compared to other Freshii locations. I will always drive further just to go to theOttawa Street location just to avoid this one! You get double the amount of food at the Ottawa Street location! Read more
The steak looks more like spam and had little holes in it, it is not edible. I wouldn't even save it for my dog. My burrito was... weirdly filled about 95% rice and then at the very bottom it had some cold corn, cheese, avocado. Freshii used to be my go tofor a quick healthy meal but the quality has quickly declined and it is very expensive. The location is clean and the staff arefriendly but just like all Freshii stores now, the food quality and volume of toppings has seriously gone down hill. Read more

Ordered freshii green smoothie on 12/13/2020 at 3:30PM and it was not drinkable. No quality control at this location. Fremont... village location is great but i would avoid this one. We usually get this smoothie but they didnt blend properly or addavocado. Read more
I?ve found this Freshii to be the worst one in the area. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the second time I?ve order... from them and they?ve completely ignored what I?ve requested on my order. Today I ordered a wrap with added bacon and fetacheese. Also to sub the sauce the comes on it with a different sauce due to an allergy. I ordered online so I wasn?t able tomake sure they did the correct wrap in person. Sadly, not only was there no cheese or bacon added on to the wrap. ($4 extraisn?t a lot, but I paid for something to be added, I expect it to be added). But the rice is rock hard! Not even cooked in theslightest. And overall, the sauce wasn?t changed either. So unfortunately this wrap went straight to the garbage. I definitelywould not recommend this Freshii to anyone. There are a couple in the area so I would suggest making the trip to those for abetter experience. Read more
