We have ordered from omega multiple times and have loved it every time except today. I called to place an order and one of our... pizzas was wrong so I called to fix it. The man who answered the phone proceeded to call me a liar on the phone even though hetook my order and repeated it to me correctly the first time. While on the phone, he put me on hold and also at one point hungup on my husband. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever received and we will not be returning for a very long timeif ever. I typically love ordering from this place but this last experience means I'm not coming back. Not only that, but after I... convinced people to order from here, I'm doing the opposite. They not only screwed up our order, but then blamed us for orderingthe wrong pizza, even though it's the same order every time. It's on record what we order. What we got sent wasn't even close,it was quite gross and poor quality for a pizza. Three phone calls later, asking/ complaining for the right order, after gettinghung up on every time, we might get our actual order.... This is my last time here. Customer service was..... belowpoor. I am a regular customer, and order almost every weekend, I ordered a large thin crust, but it wasn?t even close! There was more... crust than pizza, so large pizza actually was medium sized. Stay away from Sicilian pizza, not even spicy like it?s supposed to be , it?s fing sour. They add sun dried tomatoes to it and... extra sauce making it sour. Where is the taste ????? I want the taste of pizza from Italy not from fing Iran. Read more
