Placed an order at the store, there was one guy by the cashier scrawling through his phone. Ordered pizza and received wrong order not only that was willing to pay for a whole new one. How it was handled was absolutely... disrespectful and thank god the woman there understood how a pregnant woman feels and made me a new one but the gentleman thatwas there was as if he was very aggressive beyond belief. This Shaughnessy location is really bad overcooked pizza. Dough didnt rise properly and super dry due to overcooking. We have... been clients of Papa Johns for 7 years in Cochrane and Calgary West stores and we order even their Pizza which is great alsowhen traveling to US and have never experienced such a bad quality control and unfriendly staff. So do not recommend this store.Otherwise Papa Johns pizza is pretty good just this location doesnt seem to have their franchise in order. - Revision- It took 4weeks to the owner to respond to a Google review and one would expect that a franchised location would produce similar resultsevery time as they are following the same procedure but it was not the case at this location so something was wrong at thislocation. Good thing responding to a Papa Johns survey make it right and owner refunded the order. Read more

Generally most fast food chains are pretty much similar but this one stood out to me. The worker consistently asked me my... preferences for the pizza I ordered. Asking "what sauce would you like and do you like the filling more towards the center oraround the crusts". Also he even offered to cut the pizza in half and split the flavours so that I could bring a pizza home tomy family and they could try both pizzas. It was clear to me that the workers care about what they do. I left happy and full, Iknow the covid rules aren't great but you cannot sit and eat inside. Read more

2020 Stingy with the toppings now. Hardly one pepperoni per slice and 4 slices of mushrooms on a medium pizza! Definitely not... like pictures in ads. Used to be pretty good. 2018 Friendly, super convenient. Order online and pick up quickly. Tuesdayspecials are a good deal. Not too many options for toppings, but generally pretty happy with our usual anyway. Read more
