So we ordered for a select time for a delivery, they were 45 minutes early. This wasn?t through any food ordering service but... directly from their app. If you order at a select time adjust for your schedule is my advice. Food is subpar. They also let there delivery drivers park in handicap spots and are dismissive when you tell them. This behavior... is deplorable and disgusting. Read more
I would not go to this place for any pizza because they don't put anything on the pizza all they give you is the do I even gave... the lady a tip I made sure to tell her that give me extra stuff on my pizza and she said no we can't do that it's our policy Iwould not recommend this place to anybody would not order from this place. The most horrible place you can ever imagine. To start, got my order wrong and used the least amount of ingredients on pizza-... clearly trying to save money on anything and dont care about the clients. Secondly, the boneless chicken is a sad story on it isown- probably 4 pieces of the most skinnies meat. I called them to complain about the wrong order and i have been told that ontop of us waiting 45 min just to get our food, we should have all returned back to pizza hut and then they would have replacedit. No sense of Covid procedures and creating their own policies- cause it is definitely not on their website. Called probablythree times to speak with manager and no decency even to call back. Bad Every single time I order delivery, food sometimes doesn't even show up or it take 2 hours !!! And after waiting 2 hours... you get soggy, mushy and cold food. Both pizza boxes were wet and pressed down. This was my second and last time ordering foodfrom here. Pathetic service !! Read more
For a pizza that cost over $20 you would think that they would use fresh ingredients. But my Ham and Pineapple was not even... close to a $25 pizza Very Disappointed. And the BBQ pizza even worse . To much sauce just over wellming. One star is beinggenerous. Read more

I've gotten take-out here a few times, but recently found it to be not so inviting. The toppings were scant and the store... smelled weird (not pizza smells). I tried walking in to order the other day and while talking to the woman at the till, a maleworker interjected and said "We're closed." I was like "Uhhhh, you're very clearly not and it's 5:19pm." He insisted they wereclosed and couldn't take my order. I stood there, totally confused until I got him to explain and then he said they were havingtechnical difficulties so my order wouldn't reach their kitchen. I just stood there completely dumbfounded. What kind ofcustomer service is that?? He followed it up with, we may have it resolved in 30min if you want to come back. I truly couldn'tbelieve that THAT was how the issue was explained to me and that there was nothing solution-oriented about it. I most definitelywill never be returning to this location. Technical issues happen, that's not what I was upset about. I was upset he kept sayingthey were closed and that there were no steps taken to retain my business.
