I?ve gone a couple times now to try and support a new business. The staff were very clearly new to the serving industry. The... service was not good at all. Friendly but not knowledgeable on the tablet to take orders, or providing cutlery / napkins with orbefore the food. Food was neither good nor bad but smaller portion sizes for sure. After the first visit the manager did give ussome coupons to come back and give them another chance. The service the second time was even worse. More training is neededbefore hand. My experience at St. Louis Wings was great! went for dinner on a busy night, but still received great service from our kind... waitress. Wow, terrible start to a grand opening! Arrived at the poco location at 7:25, was told that they no longer have the 50% off... wings that was highly advertised to Nov 13th (today is Nov 10th) was given every excuse that the marketing team made a mistake???? I was told that they would honor it, providing I could show them proof, which I did but was still met with pushback.Finally I asked to speak with the manager while other guests were walking out because they were not honoring the deal. Clearlystressed, the manager was trying to find something to make me happy as he said that they no longer have the 50% discount,although another manager told the staff to honor it. As he was scrolling the discounts which there were a million buttons, Ihappened to see him scroll right past it. Nevertheless I wanted to support the store so opted for the deal of 25% off. Gothome, sat down to eat and there was a hard sharp piece of plastic in the chicken, hair in another set and the containers weredirty under the liner they place the chicken on. Not to mention the food was super cold and the portions were laughable for theprice. In addition, I paid for extra sauces that were advertised at 2 oz and were half filled. Understanding that they stillhave the training wheels on, it's worth another shot in a few months however I would suggest skipping this place for now. Mynight has finally come to an end by 9:36 when I had to take it upon myself to drive back because the manager was unavailable tospeak with me. The food and service is great. The server and the hostess were both friendly and attentive. There are a lot of options for wing... flavours which is the main reason why we came here. The food came out hot and the fries were crispy. Love that they haveplant-based wings with a number of dry or sauce options. We ordered both options of sangria which were tasty. I was there at the opening night and I was amazed by the place! I love first of all the environment! It was awesome and with... huge TVs everywhere to watch my favorite sports! For me, the best is the price is just right (price is priority for me????????????)! As I show my friends, they are amazed by the numbers of sauces you could choose for your wing! Really good food & great value for money. We had two appetisers. Three main meals. Two desserts. Four fizzy pop drinks and 2 x... large beers and came to just over $100. Very reasonable. Glad to have a go to somewhere right by where we live so we can bothhave a drink together and not worry about who is the designated driver. Will defiantly be going back. Read more
