I know it may sound racist, but it's not meant to be! I'm older and so are my ears. All my servers spoke with an accent from... behind a plastic panel and are speaking as fast as they can, in my opinion! Kind of inconsiderate from that point of view.They're cookie section which has about six different types was totally full and yet they only had two of the six choices tosell. Once again I had to go through three choices(ordering from the labels which were filled with something else apparently) tofinally get one that I actually wanted.Also, after paying at the till, the cashier pretty much ran away before I could even askfor a receipt; and so, several more minutes to rectify that situation. The food was okay. All in all, I think that three-starsacross the board is pretty generous and I won't be recommending this particular food outlet in the near future. Read more
I can't believe I just paid $23.30 for two salads that were barely filled half way of the container. They are very stingy on... the veggies, pretty much just enough greens to cover the protein that came with it. Definitely will not come to this locationagain. Read more
Opens 24 hours AND staff are so friendly! I frequent this location and every time I visit they have one of the loveliest staff... when it comes to hospitality which is a rarity in fast-food chain locations nowadays. Read more
My wife and I decided to have subway for dinner tonight. Normally we go to the one downtown poco but tonight we came to this... location in Westwood plaza. I have to say the Lady who made our sandwich?s took care in making it, she was also very nice amdwelcoming into the store making sure she acknowledged us as soon as we came in and stood in line (usually it?s sloppy at otherlocations) this is even the first time I tipped at a subway because how amazing she was. I went here for years - this was the first time we got in line and told them we wanted to order 5 foot longs to take some home... to the kids and they told us to wait while they did everyone else?s order who arrived after us. The thing is we were there firstthere and everyone who arrived later ended up getting served before us because they told us they were too busy for our 5sandwiches?2 couples who ordered a total of 4 sandwiches who arrived after us was served first! Why was our order that muchharder to handle!? After waiting so long we finally left and ended up going to Chipotle. We will never go back. Such rudecustomer service! This location is fantastic, basically because it is open 24 hours. This is rare to find nowadays, post-covid-times. They have... always been pleasant and good customer service. Sometimes there are local riffraff that hang our there due to the hours ofoperation, but besides that it's a great place to eat late. Read more
Great tasting subs at a good price. This is a turkey breast. She didn't cheap out on the options like other subway employees do.
