Were do i start with this location. The fact they still have a foodsafe surprises me they use the previous days veggies to save... money even when the lettuce is brown, the owner is so cheap if there is a bug in the food he tells them to pick it out and notlet anyone see ontop of the fact the cheap owner stopped doing sub of the day. Worse subway location in the Lower Mainland andthe Veggies at this location always make me sick afterwards. Not to mention I'm pretty sure they aren't keeping track of foodrotation and throwing out expired or rotten product and will still use it. Read more
I love this place. Employees are quick and actually remember ur order and make ur sub as asked. It's truly amazing that the... amount of times I have been here I have experienced no problems. I love this Subway. The part that makes this a 5-Star experience for me is that not once, ever, has any staff rolled their eyes... or huffed or asked me to change my order because I've been picky about it. So I like my veg toasted too, but not before sauce.Double toast that food, it's FANTASTIC. Good food takes time. I get No negative reactions. These staff at this location are THEbest and I love them. told the lady making my sub that i had a mobile bandit coupon for BOGO 50% off. went through the sub making process and then the... manager walked up as I was trying to load the coupon and she said they didnt accept them anymore. I told them that I only wantedthe turkey sandwich as I didnt want the second if it wasnt 50% off. they then charged me for the more expensive steak sub andmade me feel like the bad guy. Read more
I've been going here after work occasionally for the past few months and I finally need to write this down. The food is fine,... it's Subway and they all taste the same. The service however, with one worker in particular, is absolutely horrendous. I come inaround 10pm and there's always no one at the counter, which is fine because it's not busy at night. After about 60 seconds, Isee an older woman walk from around the corner with the most annoyed sigh ever and condescendingly ask me what I want. Herattitude has consistently been... as if I personally ran over her cat, and then backed over it again. She seems to LOATHEcustomers (and I've seen this with other people too). I feel like the ONLY reason she still works there is because she'sprobably the manager. I'll still go there though because it's the only damn thing that's open after 10 in Poco. Read more
