I went to Tim Hortons inside the Walmart at 2150 Hawkins. The attendant was a VERY RUDE person. He definitely didn't want to be... there, he yelled at the person before me for her food and she was standing right in front of him. I ordered 8 donuts and when Iasked for the 20 timbit pack he said he was out of it, when another employee took some and brought to serve I asked if I couldhave a 20 pack and was told it wasn't possible but then the he said it was 2x a 10 pack, when I inquire the reason he told thatwas special edition, knowingly that was not the case I want to file a complain about this employee for deceiving a customer andovercharge a product he also didn't give me the receipt for the Donuts and even asked if I wanted, I had to request it. This wasdefinitely the worst experience in a Tim Hortons I've ever had. Read more
I go here a lot other than the fact they close at weird times and couldn't sit in side they're general great very friendly and... always get my order correct. Read more

Love their Fruit Explosion muffins. Friendly staff working here even when shop is extremely busy.
All of their staff is under trained I guess. Once I ordered a double double but the girl barely put any sugar in it. Another day... I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and this another girl put so much butter on bagel that it was all leaking. Even the paperwith which she wrapped it was all wet with butter. I believe the staff should be trained well. Read more
Terrible customer service, very dissatisfied with the people working there. Impossible to redeem any points, there is always... some rules that is prohibitive to you using your hard earned points for products. Why is it so complicated to get any rewards. I think, I should stop visiting this restaurant and go to McDonald's instead. Read more
Customer Service was absolutely awful. Went up to the counter and was not greeted at all. I had a free voucher (for any warm... beverage excluding espresso beverages). I asked her for a XL Hot Chocolate and presented my voucher. they scanned it and said itdid not work it?s for a free coffee only. Then i said read the fine print it says any warm beverage, and the women Paige blurtedout read the front it says Free Coffee. You would think that the retail worker would read the fine print, so she goes talks tothe manager and she says no. I was like can i talk to her then, the manager comes around the corner with her mask not onproperly and then she?s just like fine do it. I?ve done it from other locations several times.
