Shout out to the person that found my wallet on the cashier's counter and called me up because my business card was inside and... returned everything intact including $375 in cash. We need more of those kind of people in the world. And in Canada for thatmatter. Thank you and well done for having good core values. Negative experience ... I was cut off while ordering in the drive through and I was told to just drive ahead before I could... speak further. Get to the window and wasn't even greeted. I finally get acknowledged by some guy named Keaton rudest guy I'veever met in my entire life. Was more worried about playing on an iPad then focusing on customer service. If this guy was amanager I suggest you fire him and quick. I've been in customer service all my life and never have I seen such awful service byan Individual. After trying to ask a question to him he completely ignored me and my dad and it took for me to raise my voice inorder to get acknowledged again. After brushing me off again he completely walked away and left us at the window while my ordersat ready on the counter. The only saving grace of this experience was the girl who took over handling the rest of my order wassuper sweet. Read more
